What do you like best about Alarm.com for Business?

The App and Ease of Access and the Notifications easy to set up from the monitoring to the Video Access made my business safe even when I am not there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Alarm.com for Business?

The administrator site is easy to use, simple for updating customer information, and we are able to support our customers over the phone when they need support with their system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alarm.com for Business?

The IMEI number on the box doesn't always match the device so we have to make sure to open the box to register the device, it would be helpful if the number on the box was accurate for registration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Alarm.com for Business?

Ease of use. Point Central is a very user friendly system, it is very self explanitory which is nice. It has many different accesses you can deny or allow for different users. This system allows us to keep track of all wifi connected devices in a home, security devices, thermostats, other heating elements. There are multiple users and ability to set different securities for different users as well as the option for full access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alarm.com for Business?

As I mentioned Point Central has trouble sometimes communicating with other systems, whether that is the other programs fault or the fault of itself is still to be seen, the short of it is it makes for large inconveniences for our guests. Multiple times our company has lost money because another system wasn't playing nice with Point Central and we have had to disconnect Point Central and refund the guest money since the system malfunctioned.
