"Akoonu Potential"

What do you like best about Akoonu?

As a new user, I am excited about the potential of what Akoonu is able to provide. I think the persona feature / forecasting feature have a lot of versatility that can be adapted into a lot of different models. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akoonu?

I have not worked with this software long enough to determine what features I dislike. Through searching / reading about Akoonu's user interface, it really seems like a lot of potential questions are easy to navigate. There are a lot of resources available. What problems is Akoonu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Although they have 24/7 support, it is not easy to find resources in certain time zones such as APJ, IST for example. Compliance risk is also confirmed when you use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
