Akitra is extremely well documented on the different steps, policies that are needed towards obtaining SOC-2 compliance. They are available to provide any kind of help at short notice.

The Akitra platform has helped us get and stay compliant and save significant time with its seamless automation supporting key compliance services that we use. Akrita team is continuously innovating and during its initial days kept pushing fairly frequent updates. We believe that Akitra Andromeda product is significantly ahead of its competitors but as an early customer we had to coordinate a bit to absorb these frequent updates. They have ready made control sets, policies and document examples ready to kickstart the compliance effort. You can also customize the control sets to your needs.
Akitra is helpfull and will accomodate to your needs wherever possible when asking for customizations.
