The team of people I dealt with were very helpful and supportive, not just providing guidance and direction, but also umping in and helping complete tasks. Responsive and Helpful:

If there were any roadblocks, my account manager would immediately resolve the issue, if he wasn't available, then the account manager I worked with in a previous year would help out. Even the CEO came out to assist if I had any issues!

Addition of integrations:

At the beginning of my journey with Akitra, there was no integrations for Asana and Jumpcloud, they created integrations within the next few days after informing them that we use them.

Ease of use:

Andromeda was easy to learn and navigate through. If I made a mistake and forgot a file, or update a policy I was able to quickly make edits instead of redo the task from scratch. Akitra made gathering the evidence a breeze. It was very intuitive being select any evidence that could be reused in another spot.

Penetration Testing:

Akitra also offers penetration testing, which my company and I used have used a year prior as well to this year. Akitra made it easy and offers internal, annd external penetration testing. Completely customizable to your enterprise or business. Their support is some of the most helpful people I have needed to collaborate with. Had a few issues with my browser requiring me to clear cache before being able to sign into Akitra's evidence capture SaaS. It was later resolved and I no longer have that issue.

Had a tiny issue with uploading multiple files as evidence, but spoke with a designer responsible for the UI, and they are currently already working on that small grievance. I look forward to using Akitra again in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been using Akitra for a couple years now, and it's been an absolute game-changer for our compliance operations. As a company in a processing our customers data, staying on top of trying to remain in compliance with soc2 and other standards would be impossible. The platform itself is incredible. I used to manage this process manually for over a decade and am just blown away by the automation.
