What do you like best about Akiflow?

The planning process is lightweight and optional. It's great for timeboxing. The availability sharing is awesome so I no longer need Calendly. You can do everything with key commands. It integrates with email, Trello, Slack, Clickup and Notion (and others that aren't relevant to me) so all of my tasks and systems from varied clients live in one place. You can easily attach highlights, web clips and emails to tasks. The mobile app is in beta but already works great and has most features. It's less rigid in its methodology than Sunsama. It's more than a to-do list and less than an overwrought project management tool like Asana. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

I'd like to be able to label and tag events like you can with tasks, but this is already on the roadmap and the team and

support seems to be really active, so I'm sure it'll be available soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Akiflow?

Akiflow is Get Things Done on steroids. I can easily manage my to-do items, schedule them or leave them in the Someday bucket if they are not tied to a deadline.

I love that I can see my calendar and my to-do items on one screen so I can also evaluate how many calls I can add to my day based on the items in my backlog.

Akiflow integrates with Slack perfectly, so I can save items and send them to my inbox instead of relying on Slack reminders.

Well done! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

All the features I wished Akiflows would add or improve are already on the roadmap that they send to subscribers, so there is nothing to add! Looking forward to the mobile app and multiple tags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Akiflow?

Akiflow is exactly what I was looking for. I used Plan.co during college to check if I had time to socialize in the evenings given my schoolwork. Nowadays it's important for me to be able to coordinate with my husband and have multiple integrations, and Akiflow is exactly that! I love being able to just drag my tasks from multiple places onto my day. It keeps me focused and reminds me during the day what I need to be getting done. I would absolutely recommend it to friends looking to organize their days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

The only two things I dislike about Akiflow are that there is no mobile app, and I can't schedule a single task on my calendar more than once. However, I know the mobile app is in progress, and it's possible the latter item will also be implemented in the future! The last thing is that my Todoist tasks don't always seem totally updated when it comes to date/time, but I know how difficult date/time stuff in programming can be. What do you like best about Akiflow?

I love the ability to create tasks with specific time allotments and drag them to calendar slots. It really has helped me have a more realistic overview of what I can accomplish in a given day or week. The daily planning feature is helpful for intentionally planning out each day with specific goals and time blocks for completing certain items. It has helped improve my overall efficiency!

The "share availability" feature is also super helpful for quickly sharing potential meeting times with colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

The only real downside to using Akiflow is having yet another app. I still use my google calendar for scheduling meetings, although I suppose I could experiment with streamlining this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Akiflow?

Time blocking all those tasks I use to procrastinate over makes me achieve so much more in my day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

I love keyboard shortcuts but sometimes with these ones you don't get the function you want. e.g. trying to add a duration to an existing task using keyboard shortcuts only allows me to create a new task. Probably something I am doing wrong but for the life of me I cannot figure it out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Akiflow?

It combines Tasks with Calendar very intuitively and brings action items from my most used Apps like Gmail, Slack, ToDoist seamlessly into one place! It also allows task management via mobile which is ideal. Also, it is very light to use, unlike Notion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

Nothing really to dislike, but I wish for a 2-way deeper integration with tools. For example, checking tasks in Akiflow marks them as done in ToDoist. But when you create tasks, it doesn't get created in ToDoit. This might be an intentional feature to maintain a competitive advantage. Doesn't hurt though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Akiflow?

Integrations! Slack, Email, Asana, ClickUp, etc. We use a lot of different tools for communication and project management at Searchspring and it allows me to consolidate all of my tasks into one place. There are other features it has that I don't use, but it's worth it alone just for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

There's nothing I can complain about here. It does exactly what I need it to do. There are some feature requests I have, but it works flawlessly right now. If someone from Akiflow is reading this a native ZenDesk integration would be awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Akiflow?

I started using Akiflow a few months ago and love it. It truly helps me organise my day and feel more in control of my tasks and workload than ever before. It's amazing how well-designed software can do this. The calendar and Todoisit integrations work flawlessly, and the cost is a drop in the ocean for the benefits it brings! Also, the support is excellent and very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

Not very much! I still haven't got on the mobile app beta yet, but to be honest the core planning activities I tend to do at my desk anyway. Possibly a little bit of style customization would be nice, but other than that there is nothing to not like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Akiflow?

I like the way Akiflow helped me simplify my workflow, instead of using a bunch of separate apps (and calendars) for maintaining my work, now I can only use one.

It's really hard for me to stick with an app for longer than 1 month, due to eventually finding a better alternative, or just being frustrated by the lack of functionalities of a given software. I have been using Akiflow for more than 3 months now and I don't really want to stop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

I would have to nitpick to say what I don't like, as I find using the app an overall great experience. However, I would love to see more features being added (like automatic labels from Todoist or being able to adjust the UI more). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
