You can do it what you need - a signature, of course - in a few seconds in an easy way, and if you have to explain to a customer how to use the signNow you can do it in a few seconds too. I don't know if this is possible, but it would help if SignNow could integrate more seamlessly with Adobe PDF forms that were created for signature within Adobe Acrobat. It would be really helpful if it could automatically "read" the format of a PDF document. We have had to take a number of extra steps to set up signatures in forms such as the IRS W-9 form. I like being able to download signed documents into the correct folder with no paper involved. There was a very short set-up time. I was able to nagivate the program with little to no trouble and implement the program almost immediately. I've had nothing but complements from my end users and they are greatful for not having to print documents to sign them. The template feature has been the most useful feature for our organization. It speeds up the onboarding process for our small business. We quickly put people's information in and send them documents to sign without having to insert fields and set roles every time we send out our standard agreements and forms. The only difficulty we have with the SignNow platform is the number of emails the creator of documents get as the document goes between signers. You can use it on the go with the app and it works great to sign contracts and get a quick response. Very easy to use for unfamiliar users. Simple step by step instructions that are easy to follow for anyone. Ability to add text to the document along with your own signature is very helpful and gives you the ability to edit the document as needed with starting over. I like the fact that it emails you the document when finished and also every time a signature has been collected so that you are up to date at all time. You have the ability to download or upload to Google Drive as well. Template abilities and options help save time and allows you to send documents right after another to numerous signers. Sometimes there is a lag and you will have to reload the page in the middle of editing, then you have to start over and that is super frustrating.
