I love the template feature! Since I use the same contract in my business, I created a template that has the values automatically put where they are supposed to be, and it has saved me so much time! This is the best esignature service to use out there! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found anything I dislike so far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is straightforward to use. I like how simple the system is and how fast we can get things done! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wouldn't change anything about it. The system is designed to help us complete our tasks as fast as we can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Once you learn how to use it can be a fairly quick process to get new documents uploaded, signature fields added and emailed to clients. I do like the email responses from clients are automatically received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be cumbersome to move newly edited and uploaded documents into the correct group templates folder so the complete business team can send and use them as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I welcome the overall ease of use. I can upload an expense report for signature and emailing to my manager without using the other, more advanced features of SignNow that I might use when circulating a contract, for example. It really is as easy to use for a single page document needing my signature, as it is a large contract needing multiple party sinatures with multiple email recipients. It took me a few frustrating run-throughs with a dummy contract to catch onto the use of the left-hand prompts and to get my desired results. I would have appreciated a simple step-by-step list to guide me through the initial learning phase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of SignNow has been the user interface. It also sends follow up emails I believe which can be helpful when a client misses the first email to sign. I believe you have to set a preference to send follow up emails but they can be very helpful. I also like that people can download the app to sign their documents making it a seamless process as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The time it requires to create a document, I'm only going to use one time, but that will be the case with any app. I would like to see follow-up emails automatically sent vs. having to set them up manually for each document you need to be signed. All in all, it's been an excellent app for the price compared to other apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The speed clients return signed documents, and none have asked for help. The process of signing documents is clear, concise, and requires very little computer know-how. I like the straight-forward process my clients go through to return the document to me.
I love the automatic reminders, and the ability to upload documents that contain the form fields already placed. The process is easy, quick, and requires no additional oranization from myself or clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Finding FAQs is sometimes tricky. It'd be great if there were a help/directions resource on the home page to speed up document creation. I'm not too fond of the difficulty of learning to use the program to create documetns and the lack of resources when signed in. I would like to see either mouse hovering for explanation implemented or a "quick guide" overlay that explains each item on the screen.
I would also like the reminder feature to extend past seven days, as it does not.
I'd also find it helpful if there were a way to change the default settings since I am mainly sending the same document with different information filled in, and they all require the same settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy SignNow is to use. It is easy for both employees to learn and also for clients to figure out how to e-sign documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing that I dislike about SignNow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That it is a secure way for clients to fill out forms virtually, and I have easy access to them. The price is also fair, especially compared to other options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Editing documents is not the easiest and can take a bit of time, but it is manageable. But while it isn't completely "user-friendly" for me, I can admit that could be due to my lack of my understanding on how some of it works. Also, the site tends to lag. It takes quite a bit longer for things to load than other sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The program is simple to use. It makes digital signatures easy and secure. Signnow has an excellent user interface, which is simple to understand. You can easily upload unsigned documents and donload already sained documents. It allows you to edit documents before you send them with multiple optios for signatures, text boxes, date options and customizable check boxes. Signnow also allows you multiple user options, with multiple email addresses so each user can customize their own user interface. The program makes it easy to group documents together and even allows for team coordination on documents. The proram also allows for easy merging of documents so you can combine mulltiple signed documents into one single document. Overall an excellent product with many options for both personal and buisness uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only problems I have found are it could be slightly easier to customize emails sent, but it can be done with little effort. It would also be nice to be able to send out for multiple signatures on a document under a single email address, but I have not ben able to figure out how to do this. The benefits of the program far outweigh ay downside of the program and they are constantly makeing updates to improve the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
