So far our company experience w/SignNow has been great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue is when you have an employee that leaves the company and they have a sign now account, you cant change the email address to assign to a new person... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to use, seamless and fast results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, the service is seamless. I find it easier to use than like competitors who I have used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The accessibility of the product is very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That you cannot edit the documents text which means it takes longer if there is an error on the document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our customers return paperwork quicker with digital signing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It doesn't have any smart fields that integrate with google docs, for example, I'd like to be able to insert an image in a google doc and it becomes a field in the sign now doc, you could have different images for different fields (signature, date, text)
Customers often want changes to contracts after I have sent them the sign now doc. That means I have to make the changes in google doc, download the pdf, upload it to sign now, re-import all of the signing fields, delete the last doc and cancel the invite. I'd love a button that lets you import documents directly from google docs and if the contract isn't signed you can simply press a button, and it updates the document in signnow from the changes you made to the google doc. These two features would be game-changing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My favorite feature is sending documents to our clients for a required signature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I could align my script better when typing words onto lined documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't evaluated e-sign applications in several years since we signed up with signNow, but I'd wager they are leading the pack in terms of the features that they offer. My staff doesn't need most of them, but there are some pretty cool things you can do, and I think most people would find helpful. One example of this is "magic" fields (they may also call them "smart" fields). These fields are essentially dynamic placeholders in your document, which can be filled automatically based on the signing link; you append parameter values to the URL to do this. Even relatively small businesses will likely find this useful. Our company used the feature to fill out 90% of a form that we had to send to customers; we dynamically added the customer info to the URL when we send the signing link and boom, it made the process a lot easier for our customers.
One other note is that they have been steadily releasing new features for more than a year now. It took them a while to get up to speed, at least from when we first signed up, but they have it down now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that annoys me is that we cannot change the email our documents are sent from. Well, at least not easily. I did it once and had to request for them to change it for me. You can customize the emails themselves as well as the signing instructions, but not the sending email.
Another small thing is that every document we send retains the same title; that is the name of the document template. I long ago found myself wishing that we could dynamically rename documents after signing, such as appending the signers name. We only send a handful of documents but it can be overwhelming when you try to find a specific one among hundreds with the same title. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Compared to competitive systems, this one gives me the best flexibility at the lowest cost. Introduced to me by my CPA, I found it easier and faster to use. I highly recommend this system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not see any downsides to using SignNow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's really easy to upload documents and prepare the different fields for signing or information collecting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that when a signer signs a document, it would save as their name instead of guest signer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
