Lack of integration points with zapier and integromat. Automation is extremely important to us and that would make this a truly world class product. The search feature is really awful. If you have any space in the beginning or end, it won't pull up any results and if you don't realize their is a space (maybe after copy and pasting) you are left scratching your head. Often times, the search feature just doesn't work at all. I put in an email i know is right, it pulls up nothing, and I have to try 3 more times in a row for it to work. There is a bad connection between email and cellphones. If you click a link on your phone to get to a specific document, your phone will only take you to the signnow homepage. Also, the app is not good. It's not user friendly and search is even worse on the app. I've used signnow for years now, so I'm not "inexperienced" These are flaws. Once I emailed in about a search issue and was told "to check if there was a space." ....If you KNOW thats an issue why isn't it just fixed??? I emaled once about an issue with getting a template t owork, wasn't fixed, still can't use it to this day.
