My favorite thing about SignNow is that it's so easy to set up contracts. There are no surprises. One great thing is that I can see the product is still being actively developed, so sometimes when I log in I'll notice something has been redesigned or tweaked a bit to improve the functionality or useability. I love using one dedicated product that does this one thing really well, than trying to send out contract on my jenky, buggy CRM which never quite works right. I only wish that it could 'learn' (either using AI or just templating my usual places I add my client fields) so that I didn't have to add each and every client field manually. Every one of my contracts is the same and I send them out every day, so it does get a bit repetitive even though it's an easy enough process to add the fields. I don't like that configuring is difficult. Often times when I upload a PDF it uploads blurry then I have to hard reset the page. When I do this, it requires that I re-enter the info of the signers. Super annoying and has caused some issues in the past. We used Adobe sign for many years and watched that product go downhill. We were greatly in need of a new option, but like most humans, we were afraid of change. Switching to Sign now was not the horrible experience i was expecting. The price was comparable. Set up was minimal, and the program solved many of the problems I had been facing with our previous program.
