However, DocuSign seems to be your strong competitor, which has been an issue for us at times as certain companies prefer DocuSign to SignNow as DocuSign produces certificate of authenticity. It is very easy to use and clients can easily sign right from their smart phones. That's the best. It has changed the way we collect signed Agreements speeding up our implementation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I'm able to add many users and send unlimited envelopes. The customer service is also 100% better than their competitor. The other vendor we used had terrible customer service and their representatives for our account changed constantly. Further, they always tried to upsell us and warn us that we were about to hit our quota for envelopes. SignNow has way better customer service and a chat feature - direct access to customer service asap. Everyone on our HR team has been very pleased.
