It is a web-based central repository for all of our employment forms, policy & procedure documents, and all other onboarding paperwork, which allows us to eliminate the need for any related paper costs, waste, or filing requirements. Like any other "out of the box" product/service, it is not necessarily going to be able to meet all of your organization's specific needs. Some of the functionality could also be improved, as far as the way document groups are organized, and the ability to view individual documents within a larger group of documents. Better customization of downloading and printing documents within a larger group. Lastly, the ability to edit documents that have been completed for minor revisions within fields like date, DOB, name, where the applicant may have made a mistake and they can just sign off on these revisions vs. having to re-complete the entire set of documents.
