It is extremely easy to stand up and get started with Airhouse. We launched with them in 2021 while also launching our e-commerce business. They seamlessly plug into Shopify and on-boarding with your account manager was extremely easy to do and had us set up in no time.
We have scaled with them into working with another distrubuter, been able to test a variety of Merch and they have been excellent partners! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UPDATE: I used to love airhouse for the first 2 years but this past year they haven't been solving problems and are unreliable. They used to be great at billing, helping when things went wrong, & communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Now...There's no number to call to talk to someone and they've completely overcharged me hundreds of dollars without any explanation or math to justify it. It was very simple before, pay the monthly storage fee + shipping + pick/pack fees. The contract was terminated and they wouldn't give a refund. I highly recommend in 2020-2022 but 2023... not so much! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UPDATE: I don't know what's happened over the past year plus since this review, but Airhouse has become completely unreliable. The vast majority of my issues running the business today stem from problems with Airhouse. They are having issues meeting even the most basic elements of their SLA. No one has a phone number, so you can't call anyone. And once prompt customer support email replies now require *multiple* emails and follow ups.
OLD:Everything is completely automated and streamlined. We have been working with Airhouse since day 1, and have never even had to think about order fulfillment. They're also flexible enough to support our marketing needs which require a lot of product to be sent out quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UPDATE: They bill themselves as a 4PL software and service layer that sits atop a network of 3PLs. Their CEO has said multiple times that you get what you pay for with 3PLs, and that the price they charge is worth it due to their white glove service and technology. Their service and software are failing on an at least weekly basis. We have had to adopt so many manual tasks to compensate for these technical failures. Their customer support has slowed to the point that it's a liability. Yet we still pay astronomically high fulfillment rates and they gouge us on shipping costs they're clearly marking up and won't let us use our own. Which was fine when the tech was reliable and the service was responsive and effective. But now they're just a headache. I am not exaggerating when I say that virtually every major issue we've had to overcome as a business has been rooted in a failure by Airhouse that we've had to correct.
OLD: Airhouse is new so there are a few areas that still need to be improved like dashboards and some of the systems around inventory replenishment, but they've already improved both areas dramatically since we joined on a year ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being a solo founder new to the DTC space, Airhouse makes sure to make the process as easy as possible from a 3pl partner. They are incredibly attentive and always happy to mump on the phone to answer any question you might have. This is the right choice for a 3pl partner if you are just starting out and looking for a partner who has your best interests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform. Is super easy to use! The team has been super helpful , and in particular Martin! Without Martin I don't think the experience with airhouse would have been as good as it has.
The customer service is why would stick around. Martin had helped with anything and everything. The platform and process was intimidating t first but Martin was there to help out.
Orders are dispatched out very timely and the viability of the activity with orders is very good to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do think some improvements can be made. We've seen some issues with the airhouse rates not on-boarding to shopify, which is concerning but I am sure the team will figure it out.
You need to manually upload measurements for each sku which I think can be made into an more efficient process.

Having a single point of contact with our dedicated account manager (who happens to be an absolute joy to work with); it's so refreshing to always correspond with the same individual, rather than writing to and getting lost in the ether of support tickets (as was often the case at our previous 3PL).
The onboarding experience was efficient, and we're impressed with how quickly our shipments get out the door.

There's a couple of minor areas where the software isn't intuitive or accommodating, and sometimes manual intervention by our rep is required. We feel bad about bothering them with what we feel are trivial requests (although impactful for us). The good news, however, is that they're quite receptive to feature requests and suggestions, so hopefully, many of these minor qualms will be resolved with updates and time.
In fact, they've already released an update to the way billing is done to allow us to see an actual breakdown of each order on its detail page; this is important to us so we can monitor costs and ensure that our pricing is properly structured to accommodate all costs. (Fulfillment costs are a concern to us after we experienced egregious rate changes and overcharging at our last 3PL.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The online portal is so easy to use, and it allows business owners and logistics teams to see and react to their accounts in real-time.

I highly recommend working with Airhouse. They are extremely communicative, offer a premium level of support/service, and are very adaptable to your specific business needs. I am very impressed and glad we made a last-minute decision to switch to Airhouse before our company's launch. Airhouse is genuinely determined to help their clients succeed, and have proven time and time again that they are willing to go the extra mile to make this happen. Truthfully there is nothing we have encountered yet that we can dislike about Airhouse. Even when Airhouse did not have a ready-to-go integration for our eCommerce platform, they assisted us greatly in finding a solution. Airhouse has been wonderful for our small business so far! On the tech side, the interface and Shopify integration have been seamless and easy to use — but it's also been very helpful to have a dedicated (and very responsive) account specialist just an email away when questions do pop up. Onboarding was relatively easy, and orders have been going out promptly.
