Airfocus is still somewhat limited on the amount of customization it allows. We would love to be able to add custom fields to items to help us track other data points that are not directly related to the priority, but might be related to how we track the feature. Love having the option to create roadmap dependencies with just a drag n drop which makes my life easier when trying to defend some decisions as it arranges our roadmaps and prioritized ideas in a very visual manner. The whole platform really makes all our processes easier. Their priority poker feature has become an integral part of our decision-making.
