The great user experience and the ease that is to learn to use every part of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Need better support when working with several workspaces and things that need to be a clone or duplicated from one place to another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to customize how features and tasks are scored helps our team be consistent and honest when we prioritize. Previously we've struggled to evaluate different features and ideas consistently and to make sure that we keep our vision and strategy in mind when doing so. The addition of Insights was also very welcome. We've started using that immediately and look forward to there being more integrations available for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Keeping Airfocus in sync when we start the development of a feature is the most significant pain point for us today. We haven't found a good way to report the progress of tasks to Airfocus from the task tracking systems developers use, which means we can't get an overview of the actual progress without leaving Airfocus. It's still way better than any other tools we've tested, and it feels like it's constantly improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Airfocus makes the feedback loop and prioritization across multidisciplinary teams seamless. It's easy to use, intuitive, and provides a clear link between project ideation and execution. It's not a brainstorming tool. It's not a project management tool. It's a very good project execution tool. Better still, it's a powerful and flexible database. The system interface is a little clunky. One's ability to customize the screen is good but not without limits that can be maddening at times. But, that is NOT enough reason to avoid it. Just know you'll need to spend some time and creativity to really understand all the uses of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's so clear, provide a lot of integration - Give such a great overview on all the projects happening and what i love the most: the possibility to add my own columns! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The "product timeline" view is really not ok if you are tracking a lot of projects in paralelle. It would be much better to reorganise it manually or customize it more. As a result, I just use the "backlog" view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Priority poker is a method that lets you achieve a valuable priority score with the contribution of different stakeholders while taking little time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration with Azure DevOps is a killer feature for us, but, once in a while, we found some small integration issues with Tags or archived items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Loving Airfocus. I love the simplicity of the tool and it is helping me do some focused product planning without worrying about too many bells and whistles. It is simple but still is flexible enough for me to add my own custom fields and play around with the scoring formula. I also love how the standard template setup is still good enough to get started and the backlog flows smoothly into the roadmap and the roadmap into the release plan. The integration with JIRA also makes this so end-to-end because now I can turn my roadmaps into action items for engineering easily and have reverse visibility in JIRA as well. I would have loved to share our roadmap publicly with our customers and get their feedback and feature requests here. Right now, this feature is missing. I would also love to see native PRDs and specs (with templates) that integrate with the roadmap items on Airfocus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Airfocus provides different visualizations of data to help organize tasks/projects on several dimensions. Scoring items on mulitple factors allows product owners and executives a much better understanding of how to rank items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Airfocus is not integrated with JIRA or any other tool to create an actionable delivery plan. As work on items begins, Airfocus becomes less valuable as a result and then needs to be manually updated and synced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Road maps, workspace mirroring, forms, templates for getting feedback.
Ability to attach files. Collaborate with users . priority porker Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love to see more analytics. Licensing is a little pricy for a large team usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like the most is that the prioritization poker is built-in and the criteria are completely flexible so you can tune it to your favorite framework like RICE or do something completely custom. The default settings often work well for me, but the flexibility is king. I can easily change my prioritization approach depending on the team I'm collaborating with and many other factors. The poker results easily translated to a score and the prioritization matrix is completely automated. Boom! Love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some quirks here and there but nothing too bad. There are some sorting issues in the poker, for example, which is annoying but I've been told they will address it in the future. The biggest issue I have is the lack of notifications and mentions comments -- not really possible to collaborate effectively. Again, reach out to them. The improvements are coming. I can track, prioritize all my tasks and easily make fast judgement on what is urgent, important, etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the UI doesn't easily fit on my laptops screen especially when the list of tasks becomes long.
I don't know what can be done here since I've resorted to reducing font size Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
