Airfocus is a great tool to gather user feedback, analyze them and understand jobs to be done / opportunities to solve, then map out the solutions that can answer them. It enables then to build and share roadmaps and release plan and align with the company and communicate towards customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The relationship between the "problem world" and the "solution world" in Airfocus could be improved in terms of UX. Also, if we want to use the Opportunity tree framework, it's not very usable currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Intuitive interface with detailed features and high levels of customisation. The tool is enabling an increased speed of product function maturity and makes transparency of product planning a breeze Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As the product progresses, better links with Jira would be great; particularly the ability to map custom airfocus fields with custom Jira fields (understandably, this hasn't been prioritised and basic Jira integrations are possible, allowing us to push skeleton info across) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the modularity that airfocus provides the user - there are so many features and components that you (as a user) can manipulate and organize that matches your use case best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not too much of a drawback, but with any new tool, the learning curve can be quite steep - especially when trying to combine using the tool to match your specific use case. Luckily, airfocus provides you with a wealth of reference materials that you can read through and see what fits! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Support from the Aifocus team is great, very prompt and helpful. Anything the product doesn't already do, it gets submitted into their own roadmap with invites to describe how new features should work. Regular updates to the product enhancing the features ech time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As it has grown, there are many "layers" to the product: channels, swimlanes, tags, labels, views etc. It is very powerful when you know how, some better docs and examples might help people to get started and maximise use from the product early on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the workspace options! the prioritization templates make it easy and quick to prioritize your roadmap. In addition, the feedback and insights workspace is great for collecting feedback both internally and externally. AND In pair with portals, makes for great presentation of your roadmaps! Support is also very timely in their responses and very helpful. And Priority Poker is a great exercise to do with your team to get them engaged in your roadmap meetings! Interface can be overwhelming starting out, takes some time to get used to. But airfocus is constantly releasing new updates and improving the interface which makes it all better! and if you ever need help, their support is always available to help and answer your questions in a timely manner. I love that we can apply values to the fields to impact scoring - so a user can select "T-Shirt Size L" and that can apply to an actual value behind the scenes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love to see more visibility on features/ideas i request through the portal, or even just follow up if at all possible - for example, if my idea is on the roadmap or if it's not, but added to the backlog. there are a few things i'd love to have - like time stamps on the feedback/intake items, or time stamps in general. I'd also love to see the ability to just select in the timeline "Q1" or "Q2" or something like that. I'd love to see the ability to make form fields required or optional. I'd also love to see the ability to request a due a date on a form - we have internal stakeholders who use the tool - perhaps a field type of "due date" that then we could choose to turn red if it's missed or something. Overall though, I love the tool, it's really great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it's an easy to use tool to prioritize product roadmap items. The scoring system of value (y) and (x) allows my team to strategically highlight near-term and mid term roadmap items base on stickiness and revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's difficult for my team to consolidate roadmap items across different workspaces. It'd great if I could organize items in an hierarchical design with a parent and subtask task structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the airfocus application is lightweight in comparison to the industry standard task trackers / team trackers (i.e. Jira, Wrike, ClickUp etc.). It is great that I can plan my own backlog structure, the interface works as efficiently as a spreadsheet with some cool additional functionality. The setup was also quite quick for me and our team. The price is quite high for me in particular. However, the amount of value we got from using airfocus is significantly more than the price we're paying.
I also believe that the feedback application is far from done and cannot compete with services like upvoty at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Flexibility and modularity of the Airfocus platform - everything is customizable and extremely user-friendly. Learning the tool is simply a pleasure. Since I started using the platform, my product management life has become way more organized and structured. It's the first PM platform that I'm trying, but I'm not likely to switch to another tool - there's simply no need for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's nothing really to dislike about the product itself.
One thing that I just came across - they have released the 'Hierarchy' feature lately, and of course, this is a beta version for now, but some more introduction on how and where to find the setting enabling the hierarchy structure would be appreciated. I found it eventually updating settings for a different item, but this wasn't so obvious.
Plus no YouTrack integration, but that's not a huge flaw at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
