The setup of your first board/project takes only a couple of seconds. I've tried several other product planning tools and most require a complicated setup in the beginning, not so with airfocus.

The CSV import is super rough. It works, as long as you have a perfectly formatted CSV file. One spelling error or such breaks the upload with a non-understandable "-1" error. In addition the import only allows title and description for items. There is currently no way to chose other criteria (like lane, tags or color etc.) in the import.
