Easy to use tool for product teams, no special assistance required Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wasn’t able to receive data on activity stream. I hope they implement it soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not only nice UI, but really easy in terms of user experience. Cool thing, that I can set long-term goals and know what is in my priority list next. In our company it is used in marketing, product and other teams as it's quite universal. Mobile application was the decision-making feature as small amount of prioratization tools has it. In general the software is great, no dislikes found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Airfocus makes it incredibly simple to get your product roadmap setup, organized, prioritized and grouped. It provides an easy to use interface and a number of flexible features related to how to prioritize, score and visualize product initiatives and features. The templates are also a great place to start for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be useful to tie roadmap items back to strategic initiatives and goals and be able to use those as part of the visualization to again ensure things are properly prioritized and aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part is being able to create custom variables for value and cost and being able to weight these. It helps us work within in a consistent framework for product prioritisation, rather than random selection. It has a super clean user interface too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think a little help for the next step would be great which is after scoring - as arbritrary scoring doesnt always indicate an order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use AirFocus for product roadmapping among other functions at my company. What we value highly is the simplicity and ease of use of AirFocus. What really drives that home for us is the weighting system that is built in (but customizable) that allows us to weight items on the roadmap and then easily visualize them on a chart. It makes it simple to prioritize what to do next, and more importantly what to cut or not do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product is still maturing so some added functionality here or there could be useful. Per roadmap permissions would help (we’ve had a few times of people stomping on others roadmaps). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like being able to customize all of the different positive and negative impacts and weights on my projects to have a really quick and easy way to prioritize everything. It has made the criteria for our project prioritization much clearer and has given us objective measure of "What is the right thing to work on right now". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have had some integration issues with Trello, but other than that it seems to be great. Would like like some more exporting functionality (CSV) as well. I think there is some cleanup that can be done, such as customizing the quadrants for our items as well, but overall I think the visualization and UI have given us a great start. We are liking the gantt chart functionality as well and hope that this can replace our gantt chart products elsewhere in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ease with how you can view your activities/plans from multiple dimensions. You can easily view the same activities/plans depending on your audience for the day without having to establish different roadmaps for different stake holders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The color palette (an important part of any visualisation) could be improved. A tool aimed at catching the eye of the viewer needs to have a good color scheme. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that I can integrate tasks I've already typed up from other apps and then prioritize them for my calendar. The fact that it gives an actual number score for the rank instead of just showing it on the matrix helps a lot too and really makes sense when translating the results to others. Also, I love how I can set my own metrics for each priority rating to really customize my results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do wish I could export the tasks after the prioritization onto a calendar though. Having those tasks automatically placed on my calendar or to do based on how air focus prioritizes them would be so helpful and save time too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of my favorite things about airfocus was the setup process the wizard really guided me through it and I was able to easily setup the software the way I wanted to.
The bubble charts are a big help when it comes to discussing prioritization in-between teams when everyone has a different focus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Trello and Asana integrations work great, but the Zapier integration is a bit confusing to set up although it is very nicely built. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the prioritization process. We in product sit down with other heads of departments and just ask them questions and fill out the form. immediately we get a clear image of what's REALLY important Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No zapier connection, not a huge fan of the pricing->features scheme, usage is a bit confusing (but not as confusing as other product management solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
