The unique "magic quadrant" view of a product roadmap was surprisingly useful. It helped facilitate interesting discussions and made it very clear what product epics we should be getting after. Having tried RoadMunk, Aha, ProductPlan, and ProdPad ... AirFocus was the product we ultimately felt met our needs the most. Since we use JIRA as an underlying system for the fined grain details, AirFocus provided the right amount of roadmapping features that filled that gap that JIRA normally doesn't. The feature that was missing from the roadmap timeline view was being able to indicate dependencies. While I wouldn't want a full gantt chart view like many of the other systems are attempting to do, it was clear that dependency alignment could be a feature improvement that airfocus should create. I loved the user interface, with nice graphics, intuitive functionalities, light and useful features. It is well designed to be quickly updated, directly integrated in a report, or presented as is.
The item table with its value vs effort calculation model is a nice feature that makes this product stand out of competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Improvements can be made on rendering labels on charts (priority chart or timeline chart have issues with long labels not correctly displayed, or partly hidden, which make the graphs hard to read).
The timeline feature has annoying limitations. It is nice for the big picture but does not allow parent/child relationships or creating dependencies, which I would have liked for more granularity (as in a Gantt chart).
I tried airfocus as a power up to Trello and there is a disconnection between some fields that could be shared across platforms (start date and, end date, labels/tags for example).
I didn't need the Kanban (which Trello provides) so I find that the monthly cost of the product is too high for just what I would be using, and can do, although not as nicely, with other products or by myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Airfocus allows us to prioritize and connect seamlessly to Trello for improved prioritization and visualization of our roadmap.
Airfocus is very easy to use and friendly to share reports and breakdowns within our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish Airfocus integrates a bit more with Trello to allow value and effort fields to be populated via custom fields.
Currently we need to have daily management of both Trello and Airfocus boards.
Sometimes the UI is glitchy and we notice visual bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

airfocus has a great UI and has good integration with Trello and other key PM tools. Can't wait to turn on integration with JIRA soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much :-) Some of the scroll bars are tricky with Mac but not a huge hindrance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The timeline and prioritization tools are great. With that I get a vision of what can be reworked or even cut out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not have much that I did not like, but I believe that third-party connections could be better. I felt powerless to export to Power BI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integrations with Trello, Zapier and Zendesk is what I truly love. And if budgdeting is one of the most important things in the project you should definitely try Priority Pocker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Color scheme could be better, but for me it's the least important thing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Best part of airfocus is the ability to create independent and/or combined product roadmaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thing I dislike the most about airfocus is probably the timeline view, we find that many business users appreciate the ability to see things in a consolidated timeline and having some more customisation around this view would be very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Trello and Zapier. It was so easy to integrate these tools and as result we have time left for more important things like getting real project work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
no cons found really, the tools is very easy to set up and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
