The Academy to Innovate HR is an effective platform which is helpful to improve skills in different HR aspects, stay up to date with the latest HR practices and trends. I like that AIHR provides training and information relevant to real-time work and always adding items and looking for ways to improve services. Have you ever felt that learning about a new field is a tough task and that even if you have the will and give it all the effort you can you still won't be able to achieve perfection in the field to clear interviews in this demanding market. Well look no further, I can assure you that I felt the same way before I purchased this product. What do you like best about AIHR?
It contains all aspects of the HR field and do continuously update already existing courses. Meaning that newest knowledge is worked into the material.
The videos are not hour long, so it is easy to digest and work through. With short videos you can learn for 10-30 minutes a day - or more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about AIHR?
The content is sometimes only scratching the surface in my opinion. Which gives, just as e.g. university courses, a too simplified reflection of real cases.

What do you like best about AIHR?
AIHR is an easy to useplatform that offers a number of HR training certificaitons in a variety of topic areas. In addition they have several other resources that are of benefit to HR professionals.
