What do you like best about Aidbase?

So many different "AI" chatbots out there that just aren't. This is the real deal. This was very easy to setup and get off the ground! It learned from our website, PDF's of our literature, and videos. On top of that, it was easy to integrate into our website and have clients start using it. It makes our customer service team look amazing and people are even starting to use it inside the office to get the right info.

What do you like best about Aidbase?

Easy to program, easy to use, has a fair price, and provides a great option for testing. It is a tool that, with just a few clicks, you can implement in your chat system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aidbase?

It is a very new tool and still lacks some integrations, but I saw that they already have plans for native integrations like WhatsApp. However, it works very well without integrations, which has already met all my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aidbase?

What I appreciate most about Aidbase is its AI-powered support features, which greatly improve customer service efficiency.

I can have both an AI chatbot to handle first-line requests and a ticket system to handle more complex cases. It's perfect.

- The product is targeted towards (low-code) developers, which enables customisation which is missing from many of the equivalent competitors.

- A fair cost model driven by your openAI credit usage

It's an early stage product, which naturally means there are kinks, incomplete features and imperfect UIs that need to be built out. But this is also a great opportunity to get your requests prioritised! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Aidbase lets us help website visitors find the right content on the site, or directly answers the key piece of information they are looking for. In turn, this drives website conversions.
