What do you like best about AgentTime?

AgentTime is the software that is helpful in many tasks such as: scheduling the staff, managing the breaks, handling the call center operations, etc. The best thing is you do not require a WFM to work with your team as it has many features inside the software to schedule your staff entirely. What do you dislike about AgentTime?

It isn't easy to maintain the paid version of this software, even when you can claim a free version for a few days. You will need to consider the price point of this software before buying it. It is a safe software and optimized to work for longer hours. We are long-time users of AgentTime (AT), and we have noticed tremendous benefits after having this software at our workplace. It is so easy to use that it does not require any product training. And the queue management is smooth in AgentTime that you will notice when you have a staff of 50+. What do you like best about AgentTime?

It's a unique and fast software that has all the features required at a contact center. The best thing is it becomes straightforward to schedule the staff using AgentTime (AT). It helps to increase productivity and also puts our work at ease. Managing the workforce is easy with AgentTime. It has all the industry-leading features to make your work easier. It has helped us in various ways and it has exceeded the expectations in terms of the performance. It delivers outstanding performance. Since we started using AgentTime, we did not require WFM team to manage the queue. All the tools in AgentTime are helpful. Managing the staff to workforce to breaks, everything is possible with the help of AgentTime. And we are happy with the results and the performance of this software. What do you like best about AgentTime?

AgentTime is very efficient and error-free. We use this software at our office, and we are delighted with the performance it offers. It is very helpful for our call center operations. It is not compatible with all the channels, and sometimes, it hangs the system. Ultimately, it affects the other operations going on your system. We need to restart the system and the it works fine. What do you like best about AgentTime?

It's been about a year we have been using AgentTime daily, and I would like to share that it is a fantastic solution for contact centers. You can check the details of active agents in real-time and manage the queue with the help of WFM (Workforce Management) very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AgentTime?

The maintenance is too costly, which you must be aware. Also, it hangs the system sometimes which creates problems. We need to refresh the system and start it again in order to make it work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love to recommend AgentTime to every Contact Center to put their work at ease. It is very easy and the results are wonderful. If you are planning to purchase a software for your contact center for a long-term, AgentTime is the best recommendation. It is the traditional way of calling software which is very famous in Contact Center industry. The best thing is you get customer support which is very useful in case if you face any issues with the software. It is super easy to log in to the software, and managing the software is also easy. Our organization uses AgentTime at the workplace, and we haven't faced any issues.
