They also have extensive Compliance Library providing imortant information. Lastly, big kudos to their Support team, their knowledge and fast troubleshooting are very helpful. **What do you dislike about AgentSync?** There are gaps that needs closing. I would say for 90% of my work I can use AgentSync, but for example for licensing - certain license types, like Adjusters, are not supported with AgentSync. On the bright side, they are aware and plan to close the existing gaps. **What problems is AgentSync solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making license management simple - in one place I can 1. manage licenses for my employer's diferrent entities, 2. manage licenses for our brokers and 3. managing licenses of external partners. You can apply/renew multiple licenses at once, you can have detailed view of every transaction and real time status information. ### 2. I can easily see how we are doing by looking at the dashboard and our rep Holli is always 3 steps ahead of us being proactive about renewals and changes to the law. **What do you dislike about AgentSync?** The Salesforce platform isn't the most intuitive to use. **What problems is AgentSync solving and how is that benefiting you?** AgentSync is solving agent licensing complexities for us. We don't have to be on top of changes to the law, fees, or renewals because AgentSync already handles it. I spend at least 80% least time on licensing than I would have without AgentSync. ### 3. They have a variety of reports, dashboards, and functions that make it easy to manage. You also have the ability to assign Scorecards that determine which states and LOAs an individual needs if the licensing needs are different across the organization. Overall a great tool and a must have for Agencies managing licensing for their producers. **What do you dislike about AgentSync?** There wasn't anything that I really disliked about AgentSync. The only thing that I would say that is a little challenging in the beginning is learning the system, the different dashboards and reports that are available. They do have an online library for getting started which was super helpful in getting up to speed. **What problems is AgentSync solving and how is that benefiting you?** AgentSync is used to manage our Agency licensing. By using AgentSync we were able to more efficiently manage the licensing and cut down on the time spent managing the licensing for each individual. ### 4. Its like herding cats. But AgentSync has helped me to build out email reminders that have helped immensely by removing the burden from my shoulders. ### 5. Once everything is set up a new license can be applied for in a click of a button. Someone is always there to answer questions if problems arise and fixes are quick. **What do you dislike about AgentSync?** Only syncing with NIPR and not Sircon can be frustrating when dealing with a large variety of states but we are lucky that it doesn't come up as an issue very often. **What problems is AgentSync solving and how is that benefiting you?** AgentSync speeds up the renewals for our insurnace licenses for our whole company. What would take 20+ hours a week can now be completed in less than an hour a day. ### 7. It is easy for our agents to use from a self-serve perspective and easy for our admins to stay on top of licensing status and run reports. AgentSync also offers a professional service offering that is a key component of our compliance program and helps us stay ahead of our compliance obligations and changing requirements. **What do you dislike about AgentSync?** This tool automates business processes that are set by state insurance regulators. There are still a few automation gaps because some of the states require activities (like fingerprints or manual checks for fees) that can't be automated through a software platform. **Recommendations to others considering AgentSync:** Make sure you are clear about what your offline/manual steps will be once implemented. These offline steps are driven by state requirements (not AgentSync limitations) so it is critical that you know what you'll still need to do once you're on AgentSync so you don't drop any balls. **What problems is AgentSync solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our customer-facing teams and our insurance entities are required to have current insurance licenses in order to sell our insurance products. This process was previously a manual state-by-state process, but AgentSync automates much of that and helps keep us and our team in compliance with these rules. ### 20.
