With AfterShip Returns Center, I like the return process which is much clearer for customers, with a simple portal where they can make their request and track the progress.

Some form or email customizations are somewhat limited without using more advanced options.

What I love about AfterShip Returns Center is the fact that it helps me enormously to structure and automate the entire return process, instead of managing requests through scattered emails or messages.

It allow user to easy return the products and smooth process.

The refund process also smoth and fast.

Good reach and good interface

Easy to understand

It would be good if this process make on same day return.

The shipping can be done fast so user can initiate return soon it rached back.

Retrun reason mentioned should be checked.

AfterShip Returns Center was a great returns portal that we used for a couple years! The customer portal was user friendly and had great features, such as processing and automating returns requests, exchanges, and issuing refunds.

**What do you dislike about AfterShip Returns Center?**

Most of its integrations only support other AfterShip products. If you use products outside of the AfterShip ecosystem, Returns Center functionality can be limited.

**What problems is AfterShip Returns Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AfterShip was the best returns solution for a small business and solved the headache of coordinating returns via email with customers. The platform allows different rules and automations so the customers can submit their own return requests and everything is self-serve.

Features, Features, MORE FEATURES! The Aftership Return Center Team is extremely responsive, but they also LISTEN! The amount of features they've added since we first started using Aftership Returns Center is really amazing.

Sometimes the team is responsive, but can't help you immdeiately. Their follow up is great.

It's easy to use and easy to integrate on various CRMs. It makes it easier for the Customer Service Team to assist customers in their return requests.

There are times when the app does not generate a return shipping label automatically for the customers or when the return portal crashes after processing the return online.

Monitoring returned items, refunds, store credits, and exchanges. It also helps us with reporting on items commonly returned and the reasons.

**What do you like best about AfterShip Returns Center?**

AfterShip Returns Center has helped me a lot in regaining my customers' intact trust. Previously I was struggling a lot in smoothening the return process for my family's online e-commerce business, but AfterShip Returns Center has helped me in executing it in the true sense. The best feature I liked about AfterShip Returns Center the most is the "Refund to store credit". It not only has provided an improvised customer experience but has also impacted our business in regaining from the loss.

There is nothing to dislike about AfterShip Returns Center. It has been working impressively, and just hope it keeps on enhancing its existing services more and more in the upcoming days.

AfterShip Returns Center has helped me streamline my business's product return process without disrupting the other business sectors. **What do you like best about AfterShip Returns Center?**

That it is integrated with Shopify so it is an easy way to streamline manage all of our store's returns. The best thing about this platform is the ability to send labels directly to Canadian customers.

**What do you dislike about AfterShip Returns Center?**

To send American return labels, we need to create a commercial invoice outside of the platform because the one integrated is not correct. We have to send out a separate email to our US customers to send labels. Whenever there are issues on return centre, the customer support is awful to deal with and they do not have quick or great answers because it seems like it's outsourced.

Sending return labels to Canadian customers in a couple clicks. It's automating a lot of our processes which we would have to manually fulfill. The performance of our returns has increased at our company.

* It can be integrated with all the Major Dropshipping networks
*Great customer support there customer support is really fast just few clicks away.
* Easy to use new will not face major problems all the CTA buttons are navigated well.
* Easy to track parcels.

No cons, but should show an estimated delivery date

It automates the return services for an eCommerce or dropshipping business. I use it for my dropshipping business and do use it for my clients as well as Web-Developer

Returns Center has the functionality to include photos with return requests and generates return labels or allows you to upload a different return label.

**What do you dislike about AfterShip Returns Center?**

The refunding process still has to take place outside of the returns center, so we have to use along side Shopify, it's not fully integrated

Returns Center provides a way to organize and streamline returns, allowing customers to initiate the process themselves and requiring fewer touches per return
