It's very easy to use as such as defining demographics, audience segmentation, ranking the visitors as per activities as such (Lead scoring) - Email open gets 10 points, inactivity gets -5 points. This has been very effective for our business before and the CRM has effectively generated leads for our business. Another best thing about the software was the customer ladder - which was also affiliated with the audience segmentation this has made us design our strategy to its best for lead generation and demand generation. It is very pricey when compared to other CRM's in the market. The total price of getting a single licence is the same as getting 10 licences for Hubspot. Secondly, it's not an easy CRM, the UX/UI of the CRM are a little bit complicated. It gets difficult for new users to find their way around.
