Advocacy Maven is knowledgeable about customer advocacy and the Influitive platform. The team has been extremely helpful with assisting us in the CSM role of improving our backend processes, recommending improvements, and responding quickly to questions. Our implementation specialist, Simona was accessible and knowledgeable. At times, we weren't sure of what we were looking for and she was able to dissect our ideas and make them happen. She was incredible at answering all of our questions; if she did not know the answer, she found it out in time. Advocacy Maven's services were engaging, thoughtful, future-forward and timely. Our time with Advocacy Maven was cut short due to a merger with Influitve and Jigsaw. Unfortunately, Advocacy Maven was pulled back from their services with Influitive customers and we were not able to get Advocacy Maven's assistance anymore. It was NOT Advocacy Maven's fault. I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about Simona at Advocacy Maven. You can tell she worked long hours just to ensure we had a great experience & could reach our goals. Advocacy Maven has a very organized process & hard-working team that made the experience so much more seamless. We were SO lucky to have this team. I believe much (if not all) of the team at Advocacy Maven is based in Romania, and while they work flexible hours, it doesn't always align perfectly with schedules in the US. However, Simona and the whole team at Advocacy Maven were extremely timely with all of our requests & meetings.
