Adversus is easy to use, got all the basic functions you need and much more. If you have people working from home (as we do right now because of the pandemic) it is nice to be able to reach them through the system if they need help.

Adversus could still do some work on user-friendliness, i.e. a better user interface for calls. Incoming calls are a bit cumbersome. It should be intuitive. By the way, if Adversus would include a CRM, the software would be much stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I sometimes find some missing stuff, but they have already added better functionality in my 5 months as a customer. I dont think I have ever had an issue that their support couldn´t help me with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
