We're a small but mighty analytics team within an already mature full-service marketing firm. We needed to provide at-scale analytics solutions while remaining agile, and scalable. We used other services before switching to Adverity, but many other products were either far too limiting for our team in what they allowed us to do (clearly built for non-technical users) or would have required a full-scale IT department to implement. With Adverity we got the best of both worlds. There's nothing we *can't* do with Adverity that we could do with a more code-based solution, but we have the flexibility and support of an enterprise service. Add to that the fact that whenever we have a business need Adverity's response is always to immediately start proposing solutions. I've never once been told "we can't do that" or "that's outside the scope of our platform's capabilities". Sometimes there may not immediately be a quick fix, but there's always a conversation about how to extend the platform's functionality to fit our use case. Finally, the team support from Adverity is unmatched. At every point along the way, their team has been superior. At first, I thought we were just lucky, but I've come to realize that superior service is something we can expect from Adverity. Response times are fast, the accounts team is proactive, and implementation/onboarding is incredibly knowledgeable. They're experts in both industry and analytics. The platform's user experience needs some work. Oftentimes it's not intuitive how to find what you're looking for. You pick up on it pretty quickly, but it's confusing at the beginning. I also would love more ability to templatize. Right now if we have a data connection for one client we have to recreate it to get the same data from another client. I'd love to see the platform provide more administrative management tools. All-in-all though they've already been adding these kinds of features. Curious to see the management side of the platform continue to grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- There are so many API connectors, making it easy to extract the data that we need.
- The ability to transform data effectively with custom scripts.
- Customer support is always really quick to respond and has always been very helpful.
- The whole platform makes ETL and visualization truly simple, and we always feel supported when we need help from Adverity engineers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- While the visualization tool (Explore/Present) offers a lot of basic features, it would be nice to have a BI-style tool for internal use as well.
- I would like to be able to analyze data easier prior to pushing to the visualization tool - something like an in-browser SQL tool would be nice for quick analysis and QA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

La cantidad de fuentes disponibles, el control que cuenta sobre cada pipeline. Además de tener un muy equipo de soporte. Ideal si no quieres preocuparte en el mantenimiento de código en la fase de extracción. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
El panel de control de consumo, ya que no se pueden descargar los datos para llevártelos a otras herramientas para analizar performance. Deberían tener un panel interno con opción de alertas de errores y outliers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Adverity is a great platform to get all kinds of data that you need. It provides a wide range of connectors. Not only getting the data, but also exporting to any destination you want. S3, MFTP, or even their data storage that can be connected directly to Looker Studio as an example. The user interface is good, and you can use it easily and find all of what you need. You can find an option for a custom report for many of the most used connectors like GA4 & GSC. They also add new features from time to time, which means that they improve the platform according to user preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Some data stream take very long to fetch.
- Sometimes it takes time for the technical support to add new fields to an existing data stream. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adverity's support team is quite helpful and pretty quick in answering our inquiries.
There's a lot of customization possible (if you are more of a techie) and in terms of the connectors many are readily available and if not there's the possibility to find work arounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In the beginning it might be overwhelming in terms of interface with the explore, connect and present but over time one gets used to it.
The primary data key is essential in setting up datastream - this means higher maintenance and some overwork to get all the reports and visualizations necessary. the positive point is there are some automation such as duplicate streams that reduces the pain point. What I like about Adverity is its ability to pull data from a wide range of platforms, harmonize, and enrich it, and then push it to a destination of your choice. This end-to-end process simplifies data management significantly, reducing the need for manual intervention. Whether you're working with social media, CRMs, or other marketing platforms, Adverity provides a seamless integration, ensuring that your data is clean and ready for use. The automation features are a huge time-saver, and we can easily use the harmonized data in our Tableau dashboards for further analysis and visualization.
I also really appreciate how quickly the support team responds to tickets and resolves issues, making the experience smooth and reliable. On top of that, the tool continuously receives new, fantastic features, which further enhance its capabilities and keep it at the cutting edge of data management.
One area that used to be quite complex was working with APIs, as they frequently change and can break data streams. However, Adverity has recently made great progress in addressing this by providing updates whenever there are changes and clearly marking when adjustments to data streams are needed. This has made API management much smoother and less stressful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As for areas I might have criticized a few months ago, Adverity has already addressed most of them. All the features and improvements I would have pointed out as shortcomings have now been integrated, making it a well-rounded and powerful tool that continues to improve. Consolidation of different APIs was really easy, it was like discovering Datastudio for the first time but it's a bit better. There was also great customer support during the early days of set up, but there was a lot of fine tuning required afterwards due to the nature of growing business and needing to use more features than the initial set up, but support was available and responsive within 1 day, even though customer support works out of Europe.
I use it on a daily basis and support has been able to either solve or offer alternative solutions for 90% of my options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI and grid set up is really really limiting, it forces things to snap to a grid and doesn't fit well within a screen width perfectly. It's not an issue most of the time but it looks "wrong" in a lot of places, and if our clients or stakeholders have issues with it we can't really do anything about it.
There are also some charting options that we were hoping for that are available in other tools like Looker or Tableau but these are more logic issues, including comparing "last week" to "week prior" isn't really an option, but we want to be able to see data points like those because we have data attribution delays.
Other limtiations are basically things to do with data, if the API pulls are not set up properly in the first place, I basically have delete all the stored data and redownload them en masse. It's had to happen twice because I needed to sanitize the datastreams in order to put in simple calculation expressions. This is something that can be mitigated in the early stages of implementation, but the people who help us integrate platforms are not platform experts themselves (e.g. Google Ads, TikTok, Facebook Ads...etc) so we needed to work really closely with the set up team. They were amazingly helpful but we still had a lot of issues after the set up process was over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Adverity has a very easy and user-friendly user interface to navigate throughout the entire system. Adverity provides many data connection that you may need, it supports full integrated transformation scripts (through an easy, understandable and useable user interface), supports automated and manual data schema mapping, allowing aggregated extraction load with dimension and metrics technique, support multiple destinations, scheduling task and sending email notification got a lot easier, support calculated field, filtering the data, allowing to be able to use a naming convention technique to ease your life, validating the data before loading to the destination, support many different forms of destination load, sends data directly to the dashboard supported platform, and many more endless stuff can be done by Adverity. Just Amazing!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one thing that I don't like about the Adverity is that it has less documentation which most of the time causing confusion about how to use the Adverity. There SLA is very good but sometime you need things to be sorted in a transparent manner which is a bit of a challenge as once something has been deleted for Adverity there is no way you can retrieve it, also once you have stopped a task from being running there are no logs left to be tracked later who has stopped what task and why? Without a doubt, the integration of data from multiple sources, such as marketing platforms, social networks, and internal databases. All in one place. Additionally, it has an intuitive interface that makes it easy to use, even for those who are not tech experts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Obviously, you may not find the connection to the source you need, and the issue of costs. It can be a significant investment, especially for small businesses or startups with limited budgets. Technical support, not being in real-time, can sometimes be very slow to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The SLA that gets respected most of the time and the service by the help team is outstanding. They respond quickly upon a new ticket and try to assist as good as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform lets us down sometimes, mistakes happen that are irreversible. Who made the mistake is often hard to track --> f.e. all datastreams in DataTap get unscheduled, we cannot see who did this or reverse this with a single click.
The follow-up on tickets could be better. We have to ask for updates very often and get one every time. This implicates that updates are there, but not being communicated, leaving us craving for info.
Update 1/10/2024: follow-up on tickets has improved and service towards the BossData agency has as well. We have clear agreements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
