There is a field where you are asked to put in the number of hours that an employee works per pay period, it's an optional field but it seems like something that you should fill in, however, when you do the system does not allow you to pay the employee for less than that number of hours. I love that everything is all together and streamlined. I can go back and check when an employee missed, the reason, whether it was a vacation day and it shows me how many days that employee has remaining as well as when the renewal will take place for their vacation time.
