"Effortless Creation and Versatile Results"
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

What I like best about Adobe Firefly is how quick and easy it makes the creative process. I can turn ideas into visuals almost instantly and make changes without starting from scratch. It saves me a lot of time, helps when I’m short on inspiration, and fits smoothly into the Adobe tools I already use. I have only used it on a few projects but I intend to use it more in the future when i get the oppotunity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

What I dislike about Adobe Firefly is that the results aren’t always exactly what I have in mind, so I still need to tweak and refine them. It can also feel a bit limited compared to fully manual design, and sometimes it takes a few prompts to get the right outcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very flexible. Offers new creative directions and saves time over the older techniquest"
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

The flexibility to create unique content based on pre-existing assets. And, I like the flexibility of output and styles. I can create multiple adjustments, and download those, but also go off on tangents, to see what best expresses my needs. I can create for multiple output needs as well, which is very helpful. I can use it on the internet, in print, on social media... in that way, it's easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

That it's very unclear how many credits something will take. For example, if I'm unfamiliar with what to expect from some of the models, I'll try a generation, but then if I don't like it, I've paid for it with credits that are non-refundable. We need to see a preview of each style. Although there is a "guide" of how to word suggestions, it's not very comprehensive. So while some models understand my wishes, others interpret them in a way that is far from my intention. And that difference doesn't seem consistent. I ABSOLUTELY do not like that everything seems to default to 4:3 - even in video! This makes me waste credits, and makes it hard to make pieces that are consistent in their integration. "Fast, Effective, and Seamless Integration with Photoshop"
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

So far, the app has proven to be both quick and effective. Unlike other AI apps I have tried, it doesn't suffer from the same flaws. I especially appreciate its ability to integrate seamlessly with Photoshop and other software applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

Like with most Adobe products these days, I’m not a fan of the monthly subscription fee. I miss when it was possible to make a one-time purchase instead. While I understand that ongoing updates are the reason for this change, I still wish I could truly own the software I spend my hard-earned money on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Speeds Up Design Workflows with Seamless Integration and Intuitive Tools with Adobe Firefly"
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

I’ve been using Adobe Firefly for a while now in my day-to-day design work, and I have to say, it’s genuinely helpful. It’s not magic, but it cuts down a lot of the repetitive stuff. Generative fill works surprisingly well most of the time, especially when I need quick fixes on backgrounds or to remove objects without spending forever in Photoshop.

What I Like

It speeds things up when deadlines pile up.

The results usually blend naturally with the rest of the image.

The interface is simple—no steep learning curve, just type what you need and adjust.

It is integrated with desktop applications, and always has new features to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

What I Don’t Like

It still messes up hands and fine details sometimes, which means I end up retouching anyway.

Some outputs look a bit “AI obvious” if you stare at them too long.

It would be nice if it had more variety in style options, especially when I want something less clean and more experimental.

The website now is a bit cluttered with all the additions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Natural-Looking Photo Edits Fast with Adobe Firefly Prompts"
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

I mostly like it for photo editing and manipulation because I can get natural-looking results so easily just by writing prompts. In Adobe Firefly, the background removal and image fill features stand out as especially powerful and useful for quick edits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

It can feel a bit complex for beginners. At times, even with the AI suggestions, I still need to make manual adjustments. Also, some features and assets require a paid Adobe subscription to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Firefly’s advantages are commercial safety, seamless integration, and no training on user content."
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

It's a great addition to Adobe's offerings, and in many ways, it is getting better over time. It's easy to use and understand how it works. The new model offerings are a great addition. I really like the seamless integration with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Express. I am very pleased with Firefly's commercial safety and ethical AI practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

The results are not always good. A lot depends on proper prompt writing. Occasionally I get perfect results on the first prompt, and other times I can't get anything close to what I'm looking for. When it first rolled out, I created some incredible images, and I often feel like the magic has worn off. I think other AI models are edging out Firefly. It's probably pricier to use as well. "Adobe Firefly significantly speeds up visual creation and image generation"
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

Adobe Firefly dramatically accelerates the early stages of any creative project. Within minutes, you can generate a wide range of visual concepts, explore different styles, and present multiple directions to stakeholders — all without touching a sketchpad. For fast-paced campaign work where quick internal or client feedback is essential, this speed is a genuine advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

Consistency remains a real challenge. Reproducing a specific style or maintaining visual uniformity across a set of outputs is hit or miss, which can be frustrating in professional workflows. Details like text rendering, object proportions, and fine compositional elements often need manual correction before anything is client-ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Potential, But Results Depend on How Users Prompt"
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

The quality of the images has gotten a lot better, which has been a big improvement overall. I’ve noticed a lot of upgrades across different types of images, especially the non-human ones, which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

It’s very dependent on the user and how they prompt. It needs more ways to tighten up prompts and reduce a lot of the variability in the outputs. I’d also like to see brand checks brought in earlier rather than later. Need more integrations with other Adobe products Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable and Precise Image Generation"
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

I use Adobe Firefly to generate images of my metal grills, which eases the process of photographing my products. I love how I can take a picture and generate a professional product photo from it. I really appreciate how affordable it is, and how precise it is in generating images, which eliminates the need to transport my grills to a photoshooting station and paying a professional photographer. Adobe Firefly is faster, more precise, and professional compared to what I was using before. The initial setup was super easy, rating it a 9 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

Video duration longer than 5 secs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Presets, But AI Output Needs Refinement"
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

I like the available effects and style presets. I also find it handy that there are a variety of document presets and options when initially setting up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

Much like all AI generated things, there still seems to be a distortion visually or a "wordy" quality to the text generated, and I wish that I could tell it things that I would like to exclude too, to help refine the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
