"Seamless in Adobe’s Ecosystem, a Real Time-Saver"
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

The best part is how naturally it fits into Adobe’s ecosystem. I’ve been using it alongside Photoshop and the Generative Fill and Text to Image features actually save a decent amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

The outputs can feel a bit “safe” or generic sometimes. Compared to some other AI tools, it struggles with more creative or complex prompts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good Potential, Needs More Model Integration"
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

I find it great that Adobe Firefly works pretty much as it is. I also appreciate its ability to create content at scale and its product integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

I'm a bit confused by all the different 'Firefly' offerings, which makes it hard to know which one is being referred to. There are not enough models available; I wish they would add models like Seeddance and others. It also needs the ability to render like Higgsfield. While it allows for creating content at scale, it doesn't always output what I'm looking for. I've found myself moving to alternate platforms that offer more. "Go Firefly For Wonderful Image Generations And Ideas."
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

Firefly proves highly effective at acquiring fast visual directions. It allows one to test several styles, backgrounds, and layouts within a few minutes, which turns out especially convenient under time pressure or when showcasing initial ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

Precision is the weak point. The fine lines, text, and output consistency might sometimes be inaccurate, requiring extra time for editing the results in tools like Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Streamlines Our Marketing Campaigns"
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

I use Adobe Firefly to quickly generate visuals and concepts for design assets in marketing campaigns. I appreciate how it helped to speed up and stop the bottleneck between ideas and execution, allowing us to quickly create and generate graphics or visuals and concepts without waiting on full design cycles. I like how easy it is to use and how quickly we can make visuals, sometimes taking just a couple of minutes. The faster creations enable a faster time to launch campaigns and faster execution, which is huge for us. The initial setup of Adobe Firefly was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

The creations or outputs sometimes need refinement and tweaks for exactly what you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Adobe Integration and Time-Saving Generative Fill"
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

What stands out most for me is the seamless integration with the Adobe ecosystem, especially the Generative Fill feature in Photoshop. As a designer, this functionality saves me countless hours that I would otherwise spend on manual retouching. I also greatly appreciate the 'commercial safety' aspect; knowing that the model is trained on Adobe Stock reassures me about copyright concerns when I deliver work to clients. Additionally, the capability to quickly iterate on ideas and assemble mood boards before investing in a full 3D render significantly enhances my productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

While Firefly is certainly convenient, I find that it sometimes lacks the detailed control available in other AI tools such as Stable Diffusion. The results often appear somewhat generic or overly polished, missing the raw artistic edge that some of my projects require. As a 3D artist, I would also appreciate having more options to control camera angles and maintain consistent lighting directly within the generation prompt. Another drawback is that credit usage can become quite high when refining a prompt through several iterations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Turns Ideas into Visuals"
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

I like that Adobe Firefly is part of the Adobe ecosystem, and I use lots of Adobe tools. It gives me the opportunity to take content created in Firefly and move it into other applications, keeping everything within one family. It's simple to use, not overly strenuous to understand and learn. It works, and nine times out of ten, it functions and does what it says. It's really helping me take my ideas and make them real using simple, easy-to-use prompts and the great AI tools that are built in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

It's a bit frustrating that Adobe Firefly doesn't allow you to take content and connect it with applications outside of the Adobe family. Sometimes you have to prompt multiple times and refine those prompts to get the output you're looking for. Getting consistent visuals for brands can be challenging and might require some tweaking and updates. More accuracy in generating assets could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Photo Editing Made Easy"
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

I like how seamless Adobe Firefly is and how it is easy to use without feeling overwhelmed. It helps with Photoshop without needing too much technical knowledge, which is great because I'm not very tech-savvy with editing pics. It helps make images more presentable, like removing background people or things I don't like, without the picture looking photoshopped. The initial setup was easy too, just set up by my manager and added us to the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

When I download sometimes my images look blurry and accessing on my phone is not as easy as on my laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Creative Co-Pilot for Text-to-Image, Video, and Design at Production Level"
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

What I appreciate most about Adobe Firefly is that it feels like an AI engine designed specifically for real creative work, rather than just for flashy AI demos. Its deep integration throughout the Adobe ecosystem—including Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, Premiere, and the Firefly web app—means that anything I generate can be easily refined within the tools I already use.

I rely on Firefly for text-to-image generation, scene variations, style matching, text effects, and now even text-to-video. It provides an incredibly fast way to prototype ideas, explore visual directions, assemble moodboards, or create background elements, all without the need for a full photo shoot or hours of manual design. The amount of control is impressive: I can adjust style strength, lighting, composition, and aspect ratio, then seamlessly bring the results into Photoshop or Illustrator for precise finishing touches.

Another major advantage is its approach to commercial safety. Since Firefly is trained on Adobe Stock, public domain, and licensed content, I feel much more confident using it for client projects and paid campaigns compared to other generators that rely on unknown datasets. For a professional setting, that peace of mind is invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

My main concerns are less about the tool’s core capabilities and more about its maturity and workflow refinement. Occasionally, the generated images require several iterations to perfect finer details, such as hands, embedded text, or precise product features. While video generation is impressively powerful, it’s still developing—excellent for brainstorming and short clips, but not always ready for seamless final production. The credit system, particularly for advanced video and audio features, can feel restrictive if you’re experimenting extensively, making it necessary to be thoughtful about how you explore. Overall, the tool shows tremendous promise and is already quite useful, though it’s clear it’s still in an active phase of improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Adobe Integration and Intuitive AI Tools Elevate Creativity"
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

The integration with the Adobe ecosystem is seamless, always putting creative control first. I find the AI tools intuitive, quick, and straightforward, which makes it easy for me to create visuals and develop ideas, plus th ease of implementation: this motivates me to use them more regularly. The platform is built with commercial safety as a priority, so I can approach professional and client projects with confidence. On top of that, the customer support system is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

Some features feel limited when compared to other Adobe tools, and I often find that the AI-generated outputs require more fine-tuning than I anticipated. I would appreciate having more customization options and a quicker iteration process, especially when working on complex projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Design with Seamless Adobe Integration"
What do you like best about Adobe Firefly?

I like Adobe Firefly for the amount of things it can create, especially when I'm working with large headings for flyers where the letters are pictures. I also enjoy the integration with other Adobe products like Illustrator and Photoshop, which makes it easier to bring in branding and images and then access the final product in other journeys. The initial setup for Adobe Firefly was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Firefly?

Nothing - may not be applicable to what I do all the time but still useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
