Adobe Experience Manager assets help us to manage all kinds of assets like images, videos, documents, and audio clips in a web-based repository. Best thing about Experience Manager Assets is that it provides us with an intuitive interface to manage web content online and publish the content on multichannel to ensure content consistency. Adobe Experience Manager Assets (AEM) is a power tool but still the complexity of the tool and its cost is the challenging for many users. The setup and configuration of Experience Manager assets is complex for the user who is not familiar with the tool. AEM is a premium product so it is hard to bear the cost for small companies. Also, AEM required special hardware and servers as well. These special requirements also increase the cost of the product usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its not useful, for storing types of assets such as images, videos, and documents. It would be better if it provided customization options to cater to organizations specific needs. There is a learning curve involved and the availability of customer support and resources is somewhat limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are downsides that Ive noticed. Navigating through the platform is quite difficult. It requires some time for new users to get accustomed to it. There are instances where the platform becomes slow or unresponsive which is frustrating when trying to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adobe Experience Manager Assets is really nice CMS tool according to my experience. We can use it by integrating with other Adobe Creative Cloud tools for collaboration and editing of assets. I was using it to manage, share and update multimedia resources and that's on only one place. No need to look for different platforms for different purposes. Everything can be managed here and it enhanced my team productivity and it maintains consistency! That's cool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't think there's much to tell for dislikes about Adobe Experience Manager Assets.
Yeah there's some complexity in terms of setup and configuration. Users may find the initial learning curve steep, especially for those unfamiliar with Adobe's ecosystem. Also, for smaller businesses with limited budgets, I can say cost of licensing and implementation is quite high. Other than these things, it has robust asset management capabilities which I like most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

None at all. It is beneficial in storing digital assets, whether an image, videos, or documents. However, its customization and flexibility can be improved so that specific organizations can tailor it based on their needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pricing is little bit high as compared to its competitor products like IBM, SAP Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Adobe Experience Manager Assets is for companies that have moved beyond what a traditional content management system (CMS) can offer. Experience Manager Assets is a digital asset management (DAM) platform that does an excellent job of helping companies organize, collaborate, and distribute media from a centralized library. The fact that it integrates with Creative Cloud natively makes it a huge win for companies already on the Adobe Platform. The feature set is robust and is much better than competing products that I won't mention in this review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The cost of ownership is high when you consider that you likely need Creative Cloud subscriptions for each user. If Adobe offered perpetual licensing for Creative Cloud, it would make Experience Manager much more attractive to enterprise customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about this tool is we can manage our asset from anywhere, anytime as this is a cloud based tool therefore it is handy at every place where your internet is Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although there are many things to love about this software, but the thing i dislike about is its steap pricing for few versions but cosidering its cloud based tech, this is justifiable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
