What I dislike about Adguard is that it doesn't remove pop-ups from websites or mobile apps. They are extremely annoying and they slow down your computer/phone while they are loading. What I liked about Adguard is the cost of using this service is very affordable for anyone, also the program for iOS and macOS blocks all types of ads including banners, text ads, flash animations, pre-rolls, pop-ups and many more.

3. Good and economic plans for multiple devices, especially the lifetime plans.

Recently with the help of Dell Computer tech support, I identified something that was interfering with my DNS cache and preventing connection to internet sites. 100% confirmed the issue is AdGuard. I contacted AdGuard, got an e-mail response that said the volume was heavy, and they would be back to me in 2 - 5 days. That was ten days ago. I have responded to the original email - no answer. They also provided a phone number. Call that number, and it's just a recording that says no one is available to answer. From my experience, AdGuard customer support is only a facade, a computer that generates a response with a ticket number and a phone number no one can answer. It beautifully does the job it has signed up for. No ads, nothing. I also really appreciate their DNS filtering. I have their family lifetime plan, so it covers 9-10 devices, and I've been thrilled. When I'm in my office network, (a) the Single-Sign-On doesn't work, (b) network drive isn't accessible, (c) Windows Remote Desktop doesn't connect. I have to turn off the protection each time I do these three things (annoying). An antivirus system is complete if it has cloud protection tools while we navigate, with optimization and file security, this system seems very complete because it meets all the requirements and for us, it offers solutions that have been very pleasant and succeeded in specifying our security to keep files, documents, and others on our computers safe and secure. Some tools work correctly. The navigation system, the extensions, and the download protection service each keep the information protected, but the interface may be outdated and not interactive, which, although it does not affect functionality, feels dull to use the service. And you cannot forget that the optimization tool does not work correctly on the computer because it freezes under certain circumstances and does not offer automation.
