What do you like best about ActiveDEMAND?

Any follow-up automation system that our team looked at has to integrate text messages and emails. Although other service providers may have potentially offered text messaging, Twillio was required for their integration and delivery. In that case, this review is irrelevant to you. However, Active Demand is a fantastic alternative if you too find Twillio to be challenging and perplexing. Building automation and integrating a variety of emails, text messages, and call reminders within our CRM was quite simple (Pipedrive). According to my investigation, no other provider provided every component of a follow-up effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveDEMAND?

Although Active Demand's automation builder is powerful, it isn't as attractive as those of its rivals. Although the Active Campaign automation builder was much simpler to use and test, we had to explore elsewhere because it didn't provide simple texting. I'm hoping Active Demand keeps improving its offerings and only gets better from here. The learning curve was quite difficult at the start and may require some marketing experience. Our team's ability to automatically follow up with all of our leads is the issue Active Demand solves. Active Demand ensures that no leads are lost, whether they are fresh leads just entering our sales funnel or prospects our team has been working on for some time. More sales from leads that our team had previously believed they had lost are among the advantages we've seen as a result. What do you like best about ActiveDEMAND?

ActiveDEMAND makes my marketing efforts easier since it has integrated tools such as email marketing, landing pages, and social media management. It proves useful since I do not have to switch between these different tools constantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveDEMAND?

It appears that the data is disconnected in the different features so it is hard to gain a broad perspective of the campaign. This fragmented reporting makes it hard to measure success and make the right adjustments quickly when necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ActiveDEMAND?

There is built-in call tracking which has been useful for managing our marketing agency. It enables us to integrate tracking of phone calls with other marketing activities, which provides a much better understanding of the impact of campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveDEMAND?

The reporting section in ActiveDEMAND is quite subpar and not very user-friendly. Filtering down the kind of data or making particular reports appears very tedious and lengthy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ActiveDEMAND?

My experience was extremely challenging and I used the product for a year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveDEMAND?

- extremely basic UX

- fundamental issues with reporting dashboards - cannot receive email versions of these

- inaccurate reporting

- contacts dropping out of campaigns or getting stuck in certain stages with no reason why

- CRM prospects being pushed in as Admin's on the ActiveDemand account (!?!?)

- Cannot setup a lead as such in Pipedrive without creating a deal first - this is absolutely basic functionality

- contact lists sometimes blanking out certain details of the contact - for no apparent reason, and cannot be seen when exported either

- basic "unsubscribes" in Active Demand do not always come through into Pipedrive so have to manually check this for every single unsubscribe contact

- when importing contacts it would duplicate the list upload so you end up with 15 blank lists and have to guess which one held the contacts

- customer support never knew what the issues were/why they were happening - system is super buggy in general

- the forms would often not appear on the website, and/or only work on some browers/OS - but you won't know so will never know what leads you missed out on.

- I have so many more issues, but hopefully this gives you a flavour.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ActiveDEMAND?

Integrating text messages and emails was a must-have for any follow-up automation system our team was looking at. While other service providers theoretically offered text messages, they needed to be integrated and delivered through Twillio. If you're ok with that then this review isn't relevant. But if you also find Twillio complicated and confusing, then Active Demand is a great solution. It was dead simple to build automations and incorporate a mix of emails, text messages, and call reminders within our CRM (Pipedrive). While the automation builder in Active Demand is robust, it's not as sleek as its competitors. The Active Campaign automation builder was a lot easier to use and test, however, with it lacking the easy-to-use texting, we had to look elsewhere. What do you like best about ActiveDEMAND?

Once you are in the Agency program adding new clients is very straightforward, this allows all energies to go into getting a clients marketing both setup and traceable in very short order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Additional metrics and custom report building was required for some B2B results to be effectively displayed. The A/D team was very helpful in this regard and we now have amazing B2B tracking on "a''" our marketing activites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As outlined above, we wanted to track results at the granular level, then roll them up from real-time reporting to week/week, month/month and rolling 12-month reporting. This has allowed us to focus on year-over-year results, and as the data is so granular we can actually see what is working and why, as well as what is not working and why. This ability to both see and leverage real time data has resulted in amazing B2B lead generation gains.

What do you like best about ActiveDEMAND?

Active demand has a good user interface, then you can easily track and find what you need. Second , this software has all aspects of campaign follow-up features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i have asked to develop couple of improvements from help center team. They completed it in a week, but campaign should be monitored by daily or sometimes hourly bases. Should be more quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
