What do you like best about Act!?

What do you like best about Act!?

What do you dislike about Act!?

I had a 8 GBs of memory which is what the web site said was the minimum but you really need at least ``16 GB. I got a new 32 GB computer and it runs super smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Act!?

Keeping track of my contacts and calls / emails, and although I do not do a lot of e-marketing, I like the new marketing automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Act!?

About 50% of the time I call support, I cannot understand the person on the phone as English does not seem to be their first language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Act!?

The way it can coordinate To Do's, Calls, Meetings, Opportunities, Detailed client information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Act!?

To do, Call and meeting notes need a date and time stamp. I've communicated this for years to ACT! but to no avail. One of the add-on companies include it in their array and it was one of the main reasons I bought their product. You finally cleaned up the iPhone app, but it was a long time coming. There's still no Mac version, which forces me to maintain a separate PC computer basically just for ACT!. Intergration with Outlook doesn't function well even with aftermarket add-ons. "Using a simplistic CRM - ACT"
What do you like best about Act!?

I have used many CRM's and ACT is the easiest. I can get a good look at my company contacts, notes and activities with minimal effort. I love the pop-up reminders for tasks I have set. Also very easy to implement. Customer Support and Onboarding is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Act!?

I have used it since 1999 and only one I have experience with over the decades. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Act!?

1) This Survey was hard to get to.

2) That Act now holds me hostage to my history, customers and prospects because I have to pay a "ransom"/subscription of over $600.00 / year. I am really pissed off about this. I used to pay for this as a stand alone and did not risk loss of my data of over 25 years.

3) I have never been able to setup my outlook calendar on this program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Act!?

I am liking using the cloud version. The Marketing Automation works much better in the cloud then the desk top. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Act!?

It is hard to use. I have spent hours with tech support on the phone trying to get our ACT! updated to the newest version. I am still not done. I'm not sure why you have to have a remote data base so that the desk top version speaks to the cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Act!?

We just started with Act in February 2025 and has been using for 1 month. It's amazing how everything works. Easy to set up, good communication with a customer service. Very user-friendly interface comparing to our previous software. I found it's easy and fun to work on layouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Act!?

When we transferred all date to ACT we couldn't transfer notes from previous CRM from Excel file to ACT CRM . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
