It no longer supports MacOS, and awful customer support that doesn't resolve or fix the issues.

A Waste of Money: I'm writing this review to warn others about the poor product and terrible customer support of Acronis True Image. This software is completely incompatible with newer MacOS versions, rendering it useless and a waste of money.

The customer support team is incredibly slow and unhelpful. Despite providing them with multiple error logs and following their troubleshooting steps, they were unable to resolve the issue. They even missed 3 scheduled remote support sessions, leaving me frustrated and wasting my time.

If you're looking for a reliable backup solution for your Mac and Apple devices, I strongly advise avoiding Acronis. Their product is outdated and their customer service is abysmal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Backup is good for large sites, complete server backup, they should also introduce solution for backing up sites on shared server / cpanel accounts at more affordable rates.
