What do you like best about Ackroo?

What do you dislike about Ackroo?

Ackroo just acquired software that I have been using for years. I used to call in for support and sometimes I would have to wait a bit on hold but the problem was always resolved the same day by a technician. After Ackroo acquired the software they changed the Support process. you can no longer call in. You have to send an email to support@ackroo.com. You would be lucky to have someone respond back within the week. Your whole system could be down and they don't seem to care. And guess what you now pay more for the software since they acquired it. So now you pay more for your software with no support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ackroo?

Using Ackroo for customer loyalty programs has been a very great experience. The integration and analytical reporting is second to none. The biggest problem was finding a loyalty rewards program that integrated with what we were currently using. I did a lot of research on other systems out there but this was the one that could solve all of my problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
