Accurate Background Reviews & Product Details

We have been with Accurate for over 3 years. From the initial RFP is was evident that the service levels and service timing was in line with what we needed. We have a white glove experience and needed a vendor that caould partner with us on experince while maintaining a very quick pace and running specific checks needed as a healthcare company. Accurate came through with flying colors and has delivered this lievel of service every day since then. Additionally in the last 36 months they have improved and updated technology that was already very good to be amazing and allow our team to communicate with the Accurate team seamlessly. The issues we have had in this space are not becuase of Accurate. Several of their partners that we must use, have not been great to work with. But Accurate has continued to leverage and push those vendors to improve. This includes the CEO taking meetings with these vendors and share how the end users were having challenges and how the vendor could partner with Accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Accurate Background provides a seamless and user-friendly platform that ensures quick and thorough background checks. The turnaround time is impressive, often delivering results faster than expected, which helps us keep our hiring process on schedule. While the platform is generally efficient, the pricing can be slightly higher than some competitors. However, the quality and speed of service make it well worth the investment. Through my many years of working with Dana and the Accurate team, the element that I've always appreciated the most is the high level of customer service/support they offer. only thing that comes to mind is the length of time for foreign background checks and places that dont electronicaly provide the proof yet. I dont beleive that is an Accurate controlled item though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Accurate can handle the volume of our needs well. Their customer service is very responsive and business oriented. Quarterly reviews are always comprehensive. In recent months, Accurate has made a good investment in reducing turn around time for background checks and drug screenings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of their partners (e.g. labs) do not have the greatest reputation for customer service. I wish there was a way to integrate Accurate's UI be part of our overall onboarding UI - right now they are two seperate log ons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The 24x7 chat feature of the Accurate Background service is incredibly helpful. HR is never a 9-5 job, and having access to resources all day, 364 days a year is invaluable. It would be great if Accurate and Gryphon were more integrated such that administrators could have more access to self servce in both systems for things like adding/deleting users, updating locations, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The services provided by Accurate is literally in their name, you get what you ask for, good and accurate results. On top of that the team is great to work with and will accomodate you however they can, even if it's a big ask like integrating with a new ATS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like more self service options such as being able to add new/remove users from our account. I would also like to see additional notes in the background order to be clear as to if a candidate has completed additional forms that are required for a search and details if the form was not completed correctly.
