Extensive program that will require separate training to fully utilize. Nothing about the program is noteworthy as a "dislike" but without the proper training, it will be difficult to fully utilize a fraction of the potential. Very responsive customer service during development and implementation. Showed a willingness to work with us as a vendor to tailor configuration to our needs. The software is very intuitive and feature rich. It can be used to handle more than just asset management, Preventative Maintenance, Procedures, and Task tracking. Some parts of the Software is not as configurable as needed for large scale deployments. All tools/modules work effectively, but allowing more Admin controls to some of the features would be very helpful. Specifically, Rules Management and Reports Management. There are other company entities that have pieces of software such as LoginHUb (MC Canada) and they don't appear to be on the same page an a unified company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This program has substantially helped organize and monitor assets and work orders for both companies I have worked with this in. It collects all the information necessary to optimize efficiency within a maintenance department and it is incredibly helpful in organizing work flows. If you have a large team that does a lot of small projects, this site is wonderful for tracking and monitoring purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is confusing, and it needs quite a bit of work. The database is helpful, but only if you know how to work it correctly. One wrong click, one piece of information forgotten, one small mistake, and you won't get the data that you need. There are many faults in the system. Previously, they had MC University which was extremely helpful in learning new ways to get or collect data, to vent about frustrations and get helpful feedback, but also the forum where dozens of other companies who also utilize this program were able to get one one form and discuss issues and solutions. Included in MC University was the basic training videos that, if you needed, you could go to at any time and re-learn the system. They ended up switching over to a new training center, and it is not as helpful as MC University was. So there is a learning curve to this system. I have been working with it for 3 years and I still fall short on knowing how to do tasks that should be simple. (Mainly in reporting) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it is so versatile, there are so many features that so far nearly everything we want to do can be done. Any tracking, metrics, reminders, etc. The program really can adapt to fit our needs even as our needs change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not intuitive. I often have to reach out to support only to find out that the feature I'm looking for was there it just wasn't obvious. So the adaptability is great but I have to have a lot of help from support in order to utilize it to it's fullest potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simple hierarchy and module organization. Easy to automate PM checks and services and simple for techs to fill out work as it is completed. Solid support from implementation coach.
