What do you like best about AccountAim?

AccountAim has been a game-changer for me in my role as a new BDR. The daily task lists and visibility into account activity have been incredibly helpful, allowing me to stay on top of outreach and ensure I'm touching all my accounts regularly. I was able to ramp up quickly and efficiently, working through hundreds of accounts in a short time. This is one of the biggest reasons I was able to surpass my ramp quota. What do you like best about AccountAim?

More visualization options would be nice - the basics are covered but being able to choose different chart types would make my dashboards easier to interpret. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AccountAim solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use AccountAim across most of our GTM teams today but I primarily use it for advanced reporting that is difficult or impossible to do in Salesforce. AccountAim makes it really easy to build, report, and share analysis that used to take hours to build in Excel and was never kept up to date.

The built-in data discrepancy notifications have also helped make our reporting a lot more reliable. We’ve used it to figure out where some of our biggest data gaps are and built dashboards to keep things a lot cleaner going forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AccountAim?

AccountAim has been one of the easiest tools to learn how to use and has saved me a lot of time while I ramp up as a new SDR. It’s really nice not to have to log in to another tool. Every morning I just get a list of my top prospects sent to me in my email to follow up on. The team has also been super responsive when I have any questions or suggestions. I sometimes receive notifications for accounts that were contacted recently by someone else on the team after we reshuffled books. AccountAim is solving the account targeting problem. Outbound reps usually have a huge market to cover with a lot of tools telling us different things about each account. What do you like best about AccountAim?

My days are so much more productive with AccountAim because it saves me 10 hours per week of choosing which accounts to work. It does the heavy lifting for me, and I get a daily email of great accounts showing key triggers for my outreach, which helps me keep my volume up and decreases my mental load. When days get busy, I have confidence that AccountAim will send me the best accounts so I can focus on other key tasks. I also love that they send notifications straight to me. What do you dislike about AccountAim?

Hard to say anything negative about a product that shoots me great accounts each day. It would be nice if they had a LinkedIn integration to pull a few extra data points like new hires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AccountAim solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem they’re solving is deciding which accounts to work within a large book of business with data overload. AccountAim makes sure I’m not missing any accounts signaling possible intent or that I haven’t left any solid accounts unworked for too long. This helped me ramp quickly with my new book of business and keep activity levels up. Their reporting also shows that their recommendations create meetings 10-20% more than our average accounts. What do you like best about AccountAim?

AccountAim makes sure that I never miss an account that should be in sequence. I probably save 1-2 hours a day that I used to spend digging through Salesforce & SalesNav to find accounts that qualify for activity. Occasionally I get a recommendation for an account that isn’t high quality, but it’s typically due to data issues in our own CRM. However, having AccountAim surface these accounts is a good reminder to clean up the record going forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a tenured BDR with 500+ accounts, there are more Outreach tasks than I can keep track of and good accounts get lost. Account prioritization has been one of our toughest challenges, but we’ve seen it is one of the keys to making our BDR team as efficient as possible. Historically, account prioritization has been one of the biggest differentiators between our best-performing reps and the rest. AccountAim has given even our newly ramping reps the ability to prioritize accounts like our best performers and has helped give each rep 1-3 hours back every day to focus on selling, allowing more time for enablement and calling. What problems is AccountAim solving and how is that benefiting you?

AccountAim is allowing us to efficiently spot breakdowns and issues in our sales processes that benefits us in two key ways. First, we are able to identify issues in real-time allowing us to fix problems that used to take weeks or months to solve (or never get solved) in minutes. Second, AccountAim is super flexible. We initially brought it on to help with our sales process compliance but have recently started using across our customer success organization as well with possibly even better results.

They've taken a process that used to take us multiple hours to update and was error-prone to just one-click of a button.
