I did find that getting the hang of customizing it swiftly took a bit of trial and error at first. It's not that it's difficult, but there's a learning curve to figuring out how to tweak things efficiently. Once I got past that initial hurdle though, I was able to make it work just the way I wanted. I wish there was a way to share with users that it is more prominent there for their use. There may be a large amount of people who aren't aware that there are tools available to help them so maybe users who arent in extreme need are less likely to know about its ability. My favorite thing about accessiBe is that it turns websites into accessible ones without having to redesign them. This one is very easy to implement and I like the fact that it can be integrated with other software such as WordPress and Shopify. The interface is easy to use, and it adapts the website to the accessibility of the user with disabilities. It appears that even though accessiBe is good for rudimentary compliance, some of the other functionalities can still be polished. For instance, it’s not very effective all of the time with elements built through independent coding or third party plugins. Occasionally these elements are not optimally developed, something that may have an impact on the user. I like the integration options and the continual audits. Adding it to websites is really easy as well which is good and the coding on the site seems to be light, not a heavy load to effect load time. We do recommend this to all of our clients so the marketing resources in the reseller portal is a great tool for us. I don't particularly like the customization. The interface is good, however when doing an embed if you want to make a simple change like font, color etc you have to re-embed and start all over again. It would be nice if you can keep your current customizations and just modify them as needed instead of doing it every time. It would also be good for people with multiple websites to be able to have the ability to duplicate customized windows and be able to use the same branding on multiple websites. The process of adding it to our event platform, Swoogo, was very simple. They provide a code to add to the backend of our website which then displays on all pages of our company. Pricing is on the higher end for a JS widget. The lowest teir plan is not terrible, but being capped at 5k visitors before you have to go up to the next plan, which is double the price, is rather annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the ease of installation for myself and my clients, and the ease of mind knowing that their site is legally compliant and accessible for individuals with disabilities that may not otherwise be able to easily access and understand the website content. As a partner, the only challenges I've had was my assigned representative not being super responsive, and the lack of ease to add a client's site for them without having to A) request they share their payment info or B) request they share their accessibe login info. It would be best for them to be able to allow "permissions" such as Squarespace or Shopify does for an admin user, for the partner to be able to access their client's plugin independently from the client's account, as long as permissions are granted.
