I like the way that it is exceptionally instinctive to use and viewing and downloading records is simple, I particularly like the component where we can synchronize the documents to our nearby PC during a period based on my personal preference. Accent has a few gaps in its features and we are a group of Mac clients and many of their functions are just working on PC or require a workaround. Explicitly web record transfers saving money on a Mac as a Weblock document and requiring a product to interpret them into a URL record. The Accent Customer Success team is the best of the best. They are strategic, supportive, helpful, and responsive. The platform itself is a game-changer for our marketing & sales teams and our company, helping us provide brand-compliant updated materials at scale and ultimately increasing our win-rate! We have experienced some minor bugs here and there with the platform. The team is responsive and resolves our issues quickly so it's not a big deal. We've also noticed that sometimes the platform lags or is slow in response. Again, not a deal-breaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Accent Technologies makes it easy for Medscape Education to search, create, and maintain content. The search fields and metadata are incredibly helpful in creating an interactive repository for slide decks so that employees can easily find and access files they need. On the Admin side of Accent Technologies, although the process is learnable, creating metadata and search fields is not incredibly intuitive nor easy to navigate using the Java Admin Server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Accent technologies has been monumental in changing the strategies leveraged by our sales organization. We come from an industry of more experienced and mature B2B sales professionals who are used to selling strictly based off the relationships they have built. While we still have a ways to go, we could not have gotten to where we are at today without Accent Technologies (the product and their team). Accent has not only helped us bridge sales and marketing but is making it easier for our sales team to learn how and when to leverage content throughout their deal cycle. Accent's microsites allow for easy creation of a comprehensive set of content across various folders to get a cohesive email together for simple sharing. The ability to track and analyse the content shared is truly helpful from a sales point of view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are certain features still in the pipeline such as the ability to choose if the content of a microsite can be downloaded or not. Web files on Mac needing to be saved as Webloc folders was clunky but there was always some workaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
