I think Absorb LMS is quite user-friendly, not only from the admin perspective but also for learners. Admins can very easily and comfortably program the courses, set up the rules, and manage the data related to the courses and activities. From the learners' feedback, we've seen that they found the platform to be pretty straightforward, clean, and neat. They know exactly where to go and what to find, which makes it user-friendly. Additionally, the inclusion of quizzes and other gamification functionalities, along with the offering of credits, makes the platform interesting for customers, encouraging them to return for more courses. One thing that has been challenging is the integration with Veeva PromoMats. We store all our technical information in a Veeva Vault, and each course content has to be approved there before being transferred to Absorb. Unfortunately, the integration hasn't worked so far, creating a lot of manual effort for admins to download approved material from one platform and upload it to the other. Also, the number of available custom fields, which is 25, 35, or 45, isn't sufficient for us moving forward. Additionally, there are specific compliance and privacy policies that we couldn't handle within Absorb, and those have been open issues for more than two years. It’s been nearly four years since we became part of the Absorb family, and the experience has truly been remarkable. The level of customer-focused sales and support that Absorb offers is exceptional and not something you can simply purchase elsewhere. Compared to other LMS platforms I’ve used, Absorb stands out in several ways. The user experience is intuitive, allowing learners to engage with content easily and efficiently. For administrators, there is a wealth of features designed to enhance the user experience even further. The Admin Experience streamlines daily tasks, and the robust reporting tools provide managers with valuable insights into learner performance, which helps guide engagement strategies and ultimately improves the effectiveness of training. There are a few things on the admin side that seem to be inconsistent, I am still new to absorb so I understand that it is most likely user error, but it seems like sometimes some staff are more knowledgeable than others regarding certain questions or topics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration of Absorb LMS into Salesforce could be improved. The use through Salesforce is somewhat hindered because the integration is not yet as developed and user-friendly as it should be. The initial setup process was not entirely easy and the integration did not go smoothly, which resulted in it taking a few weeks before we could actually start. Absorb is easy to learn and use as an admin, and I think it’s also straightforward for most learners. Recently, I’ve been reengaged as the primary admin for our organization, and I’m realizing we’ve barely scratched the surface of what Absorb can do, especially with the Create feature. I have had trouble with utilizing outside courses the last few months, but this has been an issue with our course supplier. My only complaint is that it would be nice if Absorb support could provide additional help here; maybe looking at the backend/development side to see if they can identify where the issue might be coming from and offer a potential solution or next step. The ability to build custom lessons via Create to include our photos, icons, templates along with branding such as colors, fonts, formatting, etc. Also appreciate the support - both Absorb Academy and human support with the LMS and Create experts. What I like best about Absorb LMS is how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is—both from an admin and learner perspective. I find Absorb LMS to be a very robust IT system with a good infrastructure. It's well thought out and works effectively for whatever needs arise. I like how easy it is to use and the good implementation team really made the setup process easy, even though it does take some time.
