• The platform is easy to use and very versatile, enabling to fulfil all event needs.
• The autosave after every single change is very handy, enabling instant preview of the changes applied. Autosave is fast and does not delay the development process.
• The different ways in which one can analyze the registrations.

There is nothing I really disliked, but three things I would improve.
• Allowing for simpler version of Abstract, similar as the registration form, without having to create a separate (same) event for it.
• Prevent formatting information being copied along with the text, when copying from Word, for example.

The website you have for an event is very clear. Everything is on it, from the programme, to the speakers. For your location, you can also add a Google link, so people can get directions to the location. It was also nice that you can add an excell sheet with all the people you want to invite. It may look difficult at first, I have never build a website in my life, but it is very easy and there is already a format that you can use! You don't have to think of it yourself, it is quite easy. On the back of the website, in the 'programme builder', you get a nice overview of the paralel sessions, next to each other. But when you look at the website itself, all the sessions are below each other, instead of next to each other. You can add a 'track', so it will be next to each other, but that is extra work and it still doesn't give as nice as an overview that I get at the back of the website.
Also a shame was that I have a site in 2 different languages, Dutch and English. But there is not a good automatic translation from one to the other. I had to fill the site first in Dutch (also programme and form to register), and than change the general settings to English to get the English version filled. and sometimes I had to go back to translate it again, because the wrong language ended up on the wrong page. For our 10-year anniversary, we were looking for a company that could help us with sending and managing invitations and registrations/cancellations. The system displays the registrations and cancellations in a clear manner, so you know exactly where you stand. The event can be created entirely in your own corporate style, and you can create an easy-to-use custom webpage for your event. The only downside was that I was supposed to be called just before the event to go over everything, but that didn't happen. I ended up calling myself, which caused me a little bit of stress at the end. It turned out that there was a scheduling conflict, which is why the call was missed. The inital GoLive was a bit rough, there were quite some bugs, but experience wise this is normal when conntecting a new platform to existing company environments, some bugs will always only show on production environment and a lot of of change requests will also only come up when the mayority of users will start using it and will not be identified in beta testing.
