When I make edits, it automatically updates everywhere I've uploaded it. For example if I've uploaded it to an LMS in xAPI format and also embedded it as an iframe in another training, I can edit the original course, and the updates would automatically sync with the LMS and the iframe. I just wrapped up not one but TWO microlearning builds in 7taps—and I’m officially hooked.

One training was for corporate staff and one was for K-12 students. Same platform, totally different goals—and both turned out clean, clear, and learner-friendly.

As a writer and content creator on an L&D team, I have to create a lot of content quickly, and my various stakeholders have a wide variety of needs. 7Taps offers lots of options inside the platform, and allows me to upload my own images and material that I've created on other design platforms, so pleasing clients is easy. The 7Taps platform is so simple it's deceptive!

We are able to quickly build and deploy microlearnings by repurposing existing material into summaries, best practices, or quick job aids; by creating brand new content to support organizational learning objectives; or by using existing source material and generative AI tools to develop reinforcement and sustainment assets, polls, interactive quizzes, or short 'explainer'-style content.

As a fully templated tool, there are some design limitations within individual card types that from a purely aesthetic standpoint, it would be nice to be able to have more flexibility around font size, colour, etc.

7Taps is intuitive, simple, and loaded with great tools. As a CPO, I provide training sessions for internal and external clients with varying learning needs and styles. The ease of 7Taps in creating content directed at the needs of the learners – and providing a great selection of aids to support the learning objectives is incredible. The AI function is intuitive and provides tailored content for my training objectives. We have employees in multiple countries and the ease of translations and links is great! The customer service from our Account Executive, Blake Martin, to our Customer Success Manager (implementation specialist and trainer) Jennifer Iwerks, has exceeded expectations. Using the Copilot feature is my absolute favorite feature. Having a template that helps me explain exactly what I am looking for ensures that the course that is created hits the nail on the head. It's incredibly easy to learn how to use 7Taps. Building in the tool is very simple and this allows for rapid prototyping. Additionally, the structure they have built forces you to build better training. I'm able to get content built and tested within a day and the content is infinitely scalable and allows me to meet users where they are. Customer support through their Intercom chat interface has been quick, effective and friendly. It is easy to integrate 7Taps into our learning management system, but in more cases, I find that texting a link, inputting a user's phone number, or sharing a QR code gets the course out fast. I find myself building or editing in 7Taps on a daily basis which is testament to the friendly and slick User Interface. I was able to start building in 7Taps from day 1 with little training (and I'm not technical), so it's been really easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, I haven't found anything major. For some things, I've just had to learn how the system is built. For most speed bumps, I've found a workaround. In a few cases, I wish something was "different" but this hasn't proved a barrier to my users. For example, in 7Taps, some users wanted to swipe right to progress in a course, but the interface is built around tapping. I thought this would be a barrier, but with user testing, people have figured this out very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

7taps allows me to quickly and easily create content for our learners which is engaging and easy to access. The software allows me to produce high quality using the tools which can then be downloaded and intergrated with out LMS system or by creating learning paths sent directly to our learners. The support from the 7Taps team is brilliant and they are constantly updating and improving the platform with new freatures which is great. I've just had a demo on the new co-pilot functionality and can't wait to get started using it. when I asked about a feature that I felt it was missing I was told it was on their roadmap for new functionality and it was then rolled out within a few weeks which was fantastic.
