First of all, 7taps is incredibly easy to use. Everyone on my team could effectively build a 7taps microlearning after the quick on-boarding session with the 7taps team. 7taps is a well rounded solution and there isn't really anything on their end that I dislike. I'd really like to be able to integrate it with Slack, but that is a hang up on our side of things, not 7taps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This educational technology is intuitive to use and built around best practices for brain-based, adult-learning priniciples. The customer support for new users is also fantastic! And the statistics available to monitor student progress is very helpful. It can be tricky to get the avatars to pronounce the terms correctly, but not impossible, when using the AI generated text to speech application. I also wish that when students use the QR code to access the content from their phones that the statistics reported what phone number was used rather than reporting "anonymous user." Creating courses in 7Taps is extremely easy! You can create an entire microlearning course in minutes with the A.I. features. You have a ton of creative freedom when buliding the cards, including adding images, backgrounds, videos, and even quizzes. The best part- it all dispalys beautifully on a smartphone, which is the perfect format for these micro-learning modules. Probably my favorites feature - being able to send your modules to learners via text, QR code, or by adding their email address and having the site send them an email inviting them to take the course. So far, so great! Not much to say by way of critical feedback. Maybe continue adding more quiz question types? Keep building out the capabilities of the A.I. course creation feature? It's simple. A lot of tools take forever to master, meaning it either takes too long to create a course, or you push something out that's not as good as it could be. With 7Taps, less is more, having a simple design that anyone can use straight away with little to no training. It's a fun format and doesn't take itself too seriously either - I adore the GIF options for images to help improve engagement and bring a little pesonality to the course! Plus their team are amazingly friendly and helpful whenever you need a hand!

We use it for all of our compliance refreshers, and our teams are now requesting bespoke soft skills content using the AI or Transformer options - bespoke content in less than 5 minutes, catering to a specific goal!

We integrate the content with our Absorb LMS and it's incredibly easy to do. We also use links and QR codes to improve engagement at events, so people can learn in style! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's nothing I greatly dislike about 7Taps. I'd like have the option to scroll/navigate a video so I can skip to a bit, or speed options, but this is blue sky thinking. You could also highlight text as well as make it bold, so I'd like that option too. Again, not a necessity, but nice to have.

Because 7Taps is so simple, it stretches my abilities to condense the content into a suitable format and make it as engaging as possible - this isn't a dislike but it's a great challenge to improve my skills! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was incredibly easy to learn how to use. Our sales representative was helpful and was willing to work with us to give us a demonstration of the platform. The transformer feature and the AI builder feature work very well and produce content for me quickly, and they don't require much fine tuning after they produce. The preview feature was really helpful in visualizing what it would look like to a learner. It also exports very easily to a format that I was able to load into our LMS! I went from using it every once in a while to every time someone presented me with a learning opportunity, thinking about how I could roll that out using 7TAPS! Very easy to deploy and implement! The AI-generated audio examples are made up, so will always need to be changed, which is fair enough. Also, the courses tend to be a bit too long and peter out. But they can be easily shortened to the desired length and start and end strong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Up to this moment I cannot identify something that I dislike. However, I can say I would like to see that all plans should provide you with the ability to add your learners that would be separate from an enterprise version. I am a Certified Coach and I would love to use to use the tool with my clients and provide them with an LMS like version of thier learning options as pert of their coaching journey. Our staff are beginning to look at it for professional learning and as a way to reduce cognitive load. By having the ability to send the links to training to personal devices, staff are less likely to feel pressured into 'over-working' as the are steering clear of their work device, thus work email, documents etc. It is easy to use and develop content on and is vastly improving efficiences with regards to preparing and delivering regular training. 7Taps shines in its simplicity. Even without prior technical skills, I was able to craft engaging content in minutes. This is crucial when time is of the essence, and you need to communicate key concepts or updates swiftly and effectively. I'm all about the low learning curve for folks who may not be as tech-savvy. OH, and their customer service and response is AMAZING!
