There's limitations to how much you can customize it, which does make it a simpler tool to implement and use, but doesn't always offer the flexibility i need. Helps to serve the need to get in front of customers BEFORE our competitors when prospects begin showing any signal of intent, consequently beating our competitors to mindshare. Helps us to advertise outside of basic search because it's broad and lacks targeting to companies that have a need, or the intent, to acquire a platform like ours. I love that 6sense is a one stop shop for a lot of our marketing efforts. It gives me visibility into a lot of different steps in the sales process and how to better improve ours. I also love that it integrates with so many different tools to give us further insight into our buyers processes/thoughts/motivations. The CSM team at 6Sense is also fantastic to work with! What do you like best about 6sense Revenue Marketing?

I really liked the videos coming from experts from 6sense explaining step by step with screenshare and examples. It's also very informative on how you can discover other ways you may not have thought about to market to your customers. I also like how it's broken out between some video and some read on your own content which is easy to download. Integrating channels and the entire platform is really easy and userfriendly. The data that is made available to users in large amounts is extremely helpful in evaluating and optimizing and programs run through 6sense. They also have a great customer service team that was very responsive and helpful in setting us up for success. Was not challenging to implement and use once trained. There were some restrictions in ways you could filter or parse out data for particular programs, which made it at times difficult to pull and analyze data. Though it was nice having an optimization team to help, it would've likely been more convenient if there were tools in the platform to help with optimization ideas so you didn't need to join a call when looking for optimization help. 6sense has been great in helping us identify segments based on key intent features such as keywords and categories. As a product marekter it is really imprtant we can identify the ICP and make sure the revenue org can clearly engage with their target accounts based on the topics and keywords they are searching for. We have several solutions that have several overlapin keywords and audience members and it is difficult to differentiate between each accounts and accurately identify the buying stage they are in because of that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 6sense Revenue Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

it allows us to accurately identify target audiences for campaigns and provide context to our sellers when a lead is identified within the campaign and what topics their accounts may be interested in specifically. Unfortunately we do not have the buy in we would like to have from our sales team as they view it more as a marketing tool for now. On the marketing side, identifying keywords and knowing the intent signals of our target accounts helps us determine language to use in our messaging along with determining our ICP. I use 6sense daily, mostly for launching campaigns. This exciting product helps us view account engagement and funnel stages. I still have some doubts about the efficiency of their Display network and the results we can achieve from there, but the segments and export segments function is a Win.
