While 6Sense has many amazing features, my favorite thing is that everything is so user friendly. I focus a lot of my time in creating segments, creating campaigns in the advertising section, and overlooking our keywords. All of which are key components to adding to the company's ROI. Having other collegues pick it up quickly has also helped our field marketing managers to create their own campaigns and run them themselves. Our 6Sense CSM is the best person to go to for any questions but when he is not available, support is unmatched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only complaint I would have (which I am not sure it is something that can even be fixed) is how the advertising works for LinkedIn through 6Sense. What I enjoy about display ads is the ability to go back and edit if it goes into draft. Unfortunately, once it is live for LI, you cannot go back and edit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we used it for ABM only, it was useful for segmenting our audience to use for audiences for digital advertising we could push to other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We were extremely dissatisfied with support, had difficulty proving ROI from the platform, had a few negative experiences with various teams within the organization from product, to finance, to customer support. We found the orchestrations product very difficult to use and the data in their database often incorrect and out of date. Many features we were unable to use because doing so would have made our CRM messy and disorganized. When raising our concerns, we were talked down to and did not feel heard. 6sense has been amazing in helping our sales reps effectively and efficiently target prospects who are in the appropriate buying stage. The team no longer needs to "spray and pray" their prospective outreach. The Marketing team is also thrilled with how easy it is to run paid ads and have that information tied to the different accounts intent/timeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reports have been the hardest part to pick up for me. I know the data is there and is super helpful, but finding some of the information is difficult and our account manager has to sometimes provide data that we don't have access too. Also, it causes a lot of duplicates in out SFDC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate the ability to quickly build audiences based on a variety of firmographic and activity criteria, as well as data from our CRM, and then to leverage that data for reporting on how well we are reaching and engaging target accounts, and also for powering campaigns across networks through further integrations. We've also had worked with multiple good reps on the team that have helped with our implementation and strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Depending on the target market, the account matching can be imprecise, so a company with multiple locations may end up being pulled in and take up a lot of ad impressions. And the inability to pinpoint where exactly activity is coming from in an organization can lead to false positives where our sales team is unable to take immediate action. 6sense, along with the dedicated customer support team behind the product, has played a critical role in enabling our business to identify high-potential accounts and drive revenue growth. I use the tool daily, configured to monitor intent signals from accounts which is then integrated into our MAP and CRM systems. Our use case is unique as we are still working towards direct CRM integration and the customer success team has been invaluable throughout the process. They have provided ongoing support, offering workarounds and advocating for our internal access needs. Additionally, I want to recognize the onboarding and training teams for their exceptional support. They guided us through their comprehensive curriculum, helping us tailor the platform to our specific requirements, teaching best practices, and ensuring we were fully set up for success. There isn’t a specific drawback to highlight. However, I frequently identify areas for improvement within the platform. When this occurs, I submit support tickets for feature requests, and I look forward to seeing these enhancements implemented in future updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best is the ease of use. The entire platform is fairly user friendly and you have the option to stay high level or to really focus in on details. I use 6sense daily and can say that it offers both marketing and sales valuable and real-time insights that we haven't been able to glean from other platforms. We don't use all of 6sense quite as it was intended based on how our sales department operates, so we have that there have been certain parts of the predective AI that haven't been quite as reliable as we would have anticipated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The course was incredibly thorough, which I needed as a new 6sense user. I'm used to working with Digital Marketing teams to provide advertising support, so this course was much needed now that I'm responsible for ads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the course was incredibly thorough, it was a bit like drinking from the firehose without baking practical application into the course. If the course were to be revised, I recommend creating a 'practical application' course where the learner applies what they learn and an expert from 6sense walks through the set up to make sure the learner grasped all the concepts. The sit-and-get style of learning is hard for me when I don't have the application/experience component as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

6Sense is great tool for helping you prioritize outreach to accounts that will buy. The company even provides intent, signals, and web activity so you do not have to take a shot in the dark and hope for the best. Using their intelligence, you have a better idea of what the customer is looking for before you even have contact with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The contacts and persona map could be better, but the intelligence is valueable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

6Sense allows us to segment accounts effectively so that our sales org can spend the time focused on the right accounts. It also allows us to quickly identify the impact of sales, marketing, and advertising efforts. 35%
of our opportunities are influenced by targeted campaigns to reach accounts in decision and purchase but nearly all of them are influenced by accounts that fall within consideration, decision, and purchase according to 6Sense identification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally, accounts fy under the radar. For those that are in our white space, we still miss opportunities to get in front of companies and create brand awareness before they are in decision and purchase from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The 6Sense platform provides a playing field for sales and marketing to organize from AND be highly strategic at the same time. I honestly don't know how I would even start devloping, planning and orchestrating demand gen programs without a platform like this. From starting with understanding your total addressable market, to then prioritizing from there to see which accounts are actively in market to then orchestrating campaigns against those accounts, 6Sense allows you to do it all from beginning to end. From an intent perspective, it is not the end all be all or the crystal ball. It is directional. Also, I do find that the predictive model is generous. For example, if an account hits one of our campaign landing pages, it is suddenly in 'purchase stage' and we often find that rarely means that an account is ready to send us a purchase order!
