The employee information, schedules, time and attendance management all is one place is genius! Any system that can integrate multiple pieces of data and be able to track them is a productivity saver in my book. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The view of one week can get a bit frustrating for someone in a scheduler roll or someone who is looking to establish patterns of behavior related to punch activity. There is so much information that you have to remember which "My Activity (fill in the specific)" that you are trying to achieve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Direct Response/Tactical Campaigns are tough to drive bottom line sales as Native advertising lies more in the middle of the purchasing funnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about BMC was the ton of information that we can gather when we would create a report or when we would just look for tickets request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
BMC was extremely slow and laggy. It would sometimes take up to 15 minutes before the next page would load. Even when using the lighter web version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to schedule future voice broadcasts so I don't need to do it real-time. Also being able to either record an ad-hoc message at the time of broadcast, or upload a previously recorded message, depending upon our needs. I only use the Voice Broadcasts portion of this product so I'm sure there are a number of other benefits that could be found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the screens are a little complex, perhaps could be simplified. But that's a minor issue. Not much else to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The accuracy allows our company to assess opportunities and most importantly the length or difficulty of the sales cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some difficult opportunities are given higher ratings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the self service model that the software uses. It empowers our employees to take charge of their own HR and benefit information. Almost any change an employee needs to make they can handle on their own. The system is very intuitive, so there is little training needed. Tasks that are slightly more difficult have easy to use webcasts that can be launched from right inside the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the changes they have made to the new Life Events module. From an administration perspective is more difficult since you have to search through each individual life event in order to find what you are looking for. Since benefits are not second nature to most employees, they constantly start a Life Event without completing it or select the incorrect one. We then must find where the employee made their mistake. In the old module you could search by the employee's name and see everything they have done at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That it is very easy to understand and use. I can do everything I need to on one platform - write a blog and post it to all social media outlets instantly and also schedule it to go out on those platforms for any other dates I would like. I can update something on my webpage instantly and it goes live. It is very simplistic to use and if you have any issues HubSpot Customer Service immediatly helps you and fixes it. I don't like everything changing all of the time - You get used to how some analytics are or how a dashboard is and all of sudden it changes without anouncment. For example the emails used to show when it was sent and updated now it only shows when it is updated last. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As an organization that has just expanded globally in the last year or so, Hootsuite is fantastic for monitoring and engagement across all regions and time-zones. Their permissions levels are key when it comes to managing a larger a team, while still ensuring that each individuals feels the vital role that they play in our social presence. Unlike other systems, Hootsuite is able to connect and manage not just the major social media players, but also smaller more regionally focused platforms. Their app library is great when it comes to building out a system that can manage everything from posting, social monitoring, content syndication etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hootsuite is not as intuitive as I'd like - especially when it comes to reporting. Can be a little clunky to build out reports and there still is not a simple way in the tool itself to connect social actions with lead generation ie. direct website conversions from social posts. You can connect with Google analytics, but the data doesn't live in the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the layout of the site and how you are able to view the numbers, charts, graphs, information, and the ability to export information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That I can't use this for my personal accounting information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The DialogTech service is almost a "set it and forget it" service. It needs very little attention and just works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pricing has changed (Gotten way more expensive) and has gotten too high for non-profits and business startups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
