An account-based revenue strategy is quickly becoming the only way to go to market successfully if your company sells complex products with a high price point to large buying committees. In that same vein, if you're truly going to adopt an account-based approach, 6Sense is most likely the best solution to support you along the way.
While the platform does have issues, I firmly believe it to be the best ABX solution on the market right now, especially if you really want to commit to bringing about broad adoption of ABX across your revenue organization. The way the product has been very intentionally developed to support not just marketing, but sales and ops as well, along with 6Sense's commitment to helping build broad ABX buy-in via their excellent customer success program, makes it a real ally to any marketer trying to implement a broadly successful ABX program.
6Sense also stands out from the competition when it comes to intent data fidelity. While first-party and second-party intent data is generally great, the quality of the third-party intent data is hazy across the board. I believe 6Sense to be the best solution in this regard, as they are unrivaled in their ability to pull intent from a wide variety of sources, and in a world where pretty much any individual source of third-party intent is guaranteed to be flawed in some way, the platform with the most sources is always going to win.
They've also made pretty solid improvements to their advertising capabilities, which used to be a pretty major weakness relative to certain other solutions I've used. Their native display advertising is decent (not the best display network on earth but not bad), but their real strength is in integrating with other ad channels. 6Sense's weaknesses are few but still worth pointing out.
The product commands a pretty solid premium over its competition. While you'd expect a best-in-class solution to command a higher price, their pricing has gotten pretty gnarly in recent years, especially with the littany of new products 6Sense has either developed or acquired and are very much add-ons price-wise. Certain elements of the pricing model are a bit nickel-and-dime-y in ways that hurt adoption, though I suppose that's pretty typical in the SaaS world.
Integrations are largely easy to set up and use, but can be a bit limited. I wish the SFDC integration was a little more robust and allowed for data to be mapped to more than one field.
Also, while 6Sense's customer success team is top-notch, their customer support is a bit more hit or miss. Some support reps are real product experts and zero in on solutions to issues quickly. Some...not so much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We specifically love the integration features withour existing CRM and marketing automation tools, which made adoption and usability quite seamless. Additionally, it eliminates guesswork, which allows us to allocate our resources within a scrappy, relatively small team more effectively. Finally, it helps us identify accounts that are actively in-market, which gives our sales and marketing teams quite the edge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is quite robust so it requires a significant learning curve. There are a lot of features within the paltform so onboarding takes time, and there aren't that many resources online to help new users learn about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The capabilities of Revenue AI is impressive to eliminate a lot of manual prospecting work, questions around company engagement history, etc. It really gives a clear direction for customers like us to focus on quality targeting for marketing and sales as well as customized engagement.
I love how the predictive model encompasses the 1st party engagement from GTM teams as well as 3rd party data very nicely. There are enough customization features to make sure certain behaviors are tracked.
Customer support is great and responsive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use is clear, but sometimes challenging to promote frequency of use with Sales teams
While 6Sense delivers amazing improvements and new features constantly, there are foundational platform capabilities that 6sense can prioritize to help customers scale
It's a stellar product that a buyer needs to really prepare all participating Sales teams and Marketing teams to participate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI/UX is super intuitive. It’s easy to set up campaigns, route alerts, and get things moving, whether you’re a beginner or an expert. New users ramp up quickly, but there’s also enough depth for advanced workflows when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some quirks. Some workflows and integrations could be smoother, and keeping your data clean is key—otherwise, you might need workarounds to get campaigns running the way you want. Also, I wish we could sync more records when pulling report segments from Salesforce, but lists do the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Learning to use the 6sense platform alongside learning the tips and tricks of revenue-driven marketing has been a journey for me. But the 6sense platform is really easy to use, there are a lot of resources out there and a great team to help along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the platform, and it's usability, it is more about applying the strategy and program planning into action, that I sometimes feel overwhelmed to do, because there is so much out there. But with all the resources available, we are doing great. Taking one step at a time is the best way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, 6sense helps bridge the gap between sales and marketing and give more insight into what people are interested in. My marketing team uses 6sense every day. It help sales and marketing teams align around the most important account lists, making it easier to move prospects through the pipeline. 6sense also makes deploying ads fairly easy on the marketing side. We are able to delploy several campaigns that are customizable to persona, company size and other important demographics. We have had great customer support and feel like 6sense is always willing to dive in and collaborate to come up with new ideas or solutions we need. Integrations were also seamless and easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think some better reporting is needed especially for collaborating with sales. There is also a pretty big learning curve when it comes to using the platform it its entirety which has affected us getting sales to incorporate it into their day-to-day workflow. I think better implementation woul be helpful so everyone is on the same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how it integrates well with other tools and platforms, making it easier for marketing teams to unify data and gain a clearer picture of customer journeys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The advanced features can provide a bit of a learning curve for new users, making it difficult to onboard people to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This platform brings together a range of powerful capabilities in one solution. It’s designed to help sales and marketing teams align around the most important account lists, making it easier to collaborate and move prospects through the pipeline. With tools like conversational emails, AI-powered agents, and paid ad placements, it also helps teams develop smarter strategies and more impactful messaging. By streamlining efforts across marketing, sales, and revenue teams, this platform sets the stage for a more connected and efficient way to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Getting started with this platform has been a bit of a learning curve—it’s not the most intuitive system out of the box. We leaned heavily on manuals and guides in the beginning. While some features are well-developed, others could use some refinement, and there’s definitely potential for it to become even "smarter" down the line. For instance, it would be great if triggering conversational emails could incorporate data decision splits rather than relying solely on reports. Setting up workflows for different teams can also feel a bit overwhelming. That said, the support we’ve received from 6Sense CSMs has been fantastic and has really helped us work through these challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Revenue AI for Marketing has given us invaluable insight into the buying behaviour and personas in our ideal customer profile. It has allowed us to quickly & effectively segment our audience to ensure our messaging is reaching the right organisations at the right time. Additionally, the support and enablement we have received from 6sense has been superior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not a dislike, but room for improvement is the ANZ based intel. The platform feels very heavily weighted to US+. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

6Sense is an absolute must for any B2B company looking to grow pipeline and accelerate deals. Not only is their UI the easiest to navigate, but their intent signals are also the best of any AI platform I've used. Their customer support is absolutely top notch, and our reps have always been knowledgable and responsive. We were also able to implement in record time thanks to their implementation specialists. The platform integrates with most of our existing tech stack, making orchestration and automation a breeze. We use 6Sense daily to inform all of our GTM strategies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the reporting aspect could use a polish. Its current state is a great start but I would love to see more report customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
6senses predictive insights and account-based marketing capabilities are detailed and accurate, helping identify high-intent prospects so easily! It boosts lead conversion rates, enhances marketing ROI, and streamlines the sales pipeline with AI-driven analytics and precise audience segmentation. The platform is easy to use and the most detailed we've been able to get with our sales and marketing efforts. The customer support team is great, i work with multiple 6sense stakeholders and they are all so insightful for my team and bring great new ideas to the table Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some minor platform limitations from a marketing standpoint, ex. only pulling 5 segments into a funnel report, or unable to change a segment within a campaign after it launched, but the pros outweigh the cons! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
